Thank you so much for these chords and breakdown for this gorgeous song. I adore the slow ballad version of Vapour Trail by Trespassers William, and these chords are perfect for finger picking accompaniment for their rendition.
in my opinion in the first chord there is also a seven fret in the 5 string, because that's the way Andy plays it thank you so much for the vidd, I wouldn't learned it without this
Thanks! That was really helpful and it sounds so great - like the original. Would you be able to do Paralysed? I've been listening to Andy Bell & Mark Gardener do accoustic versions on UA-cam. Would love to learn how to strum along :-)
Thanks for the vid man, difficult to see where your fingers are going so a slightly slower explanation would be appreciated 💟 also let us know your 5 favourite chords?!
Hi, Jim. I work out songs by ear and playing along. I'll then sometimes see if I can look up a live video of the band playing to double check I've got it right, but not always. This song was quite simple as there are so many notes/open strings that ring out throughout the whole song.
@@jasonduffy9119 Chord 1: 9x9900 (C#), Chord 2: 7x9800 (B), Chord 3: x09900 (Asus2), Chord 4: 079900 (E). "Chorus" is C# - Asus2 - E, finishing on a B 4th time

Very good my friend.. .is that a fender mustang guitar??
That guitar is my Tokai Strat. It's quite new and I can't believe how good it sounds.
Question, how do you figure all of this out ? They're fairly obscure chords, it would take me forever.
