    8k RPM is the best note for a cross plane V8. One reason the S65 BMW V8 sounds so good

      I've no clue what to tell you, sorry. Many factors would contribute to this. I don't know how they ran any of the sensors, what kind of pump is being used, what type of water/coolant, what type of flow, fans etc etc. Could be an error a fault or how they are controlling the dyno some software or mechanical problem. @@konnerkramer329

      @@konnerkramer329 I'd think its just an accurate, quick reacting thermal probe, measuring water coming right out of the block. You're just not used to seeing this type of load and amount of air/fuel flowing thru an engine that quickly. It does go up really fast, but i doubt theres anything wrong here, just is what it is.

    • @JimBronson
      @JimBronson Рік тому +1

      You do not need more than 60psi, this is not a street engine. Going up to 90psi at 9000 would just result in more parasitic drag at the oil pump and less power. You only need enough pressure to assure the oil film on the bearings is not removed by the mechanical rotation of the crankshaft/rods.
