    Wow! This was prepared by my grandma when I was younger. The green malagkit rice is served with sugar ang evaporated milk and mostly eaten during miryenda. Thank you for featuring this. Brings back a lot of memories for me.

    I wonder what it would taste like if you turn it into sake. If it is this rare and if it has a unique flavor profile then there could be a potential for it to be a premium product. That could hopefully incentivize more farms to produce it. And just like Champagne did to Champagne, the local government should put an effort to brand it after the province and protect the brand if the product hits it big.

    Featr is really good with Nostalgia. Hindi ko na naaalala na may green rice but when then you did this vid and some said 'duman', the memories of childhood flooded me. Thank you. ❤

    Sana na include din more information about the rice itself. How it differs from other varieties with the same usage. Mas ok ba nutritional value, taste or texture. Ako lng nman to, as a viewer... i would care less if the practice of propagating/ harvesting this type of rice... knowing that there are other equally good alternatives available. Not that i don't value other people's culture or tradition. Overall ok nman .... ✌️

    I had no idea there was such a thing as green rice until watching this vlog. I only knew about white, brown, and black rices. With that, it is time for the government to save and improve the Philippines' agriculture, just as it used to be. Erwan should ask the local administration to conserve the green rice for future generations.

    salamat po sa FEATR dahil dito nakikilala ang mga tago nating kultura na maaaring mawala ng lubusan kapag pinabayaan sana po mag patuloy po ito ito din po ata ang ginagawang pinipig? grabi bat apa po ako nng palagi kongnatitikman ang green rice naito na ginagawang pinipig sa banda ng bayan namin at hindi mo din palaging makikita noo, mi-minsan lamang kaya sana po hindi mawala ang ganitong kultura natin isa ang bansa natin na mayaman sa mga kasaysayan isa isa dyan ang ating farming at mga klasi ng bigas na hindi makikita kahit saa. God bles po sa mga taong patuloy na iniingatan ang ating kultura at patuloy na binubuhay at sa mga pamilyang nag papatuloy na binabahagi ang kanilang kaalaman sa kanilang mga anank at sa mga susunod pang henerasyon.     Ang sarap pa naman ng dessert na gawa dyan, sana alagaan ng gobyerno mga farmers. Kasi totoo naman hindi sila kumikita compared sa kung gano ka importante ginagawa nila.
    Mga mayayabang na businessman may pera kung walang mabiling pagkain magugutom din, mga short sighted puro import ng import ayaw nalang mag focus sa kung anong meron sa sariling bansa nila at palaguin kung anong meron sila, puro colonial mentality.
