Almost sad to watch this, Lemmo should have had a record deal. These are really good songs ,that are well played live. Norm's comment, "Lemmo in limo next time he comes here", is surreal. He's a beast at what a does, I hope he catches the break he's looking for. Also, KUDOS, to Norm, for staying with people he knows are good. It's really awesome, and I will make it to the store soon to support them.
He already has made it…he’s a UA-cam celebrity and doesn’t have to go to a shitty job at an accounting firm. Believe me, a lot of people wish they had his life.
@@macinfloydvolk sometimes making stupid amounts of money is not succeeding and in the music industry having some sort of recognizement and being able to feed yourself with your music is for me success
And now Lemmo wows us with Guitar of the Day vids. Thank you Norm for giving him the opportunity to work at the store. It's a real good sign when Jen approves.
BEAUTIFUL! Lemmo singing and playing his heart out and the bass player coming in with those harmonies. I know I must be late to the party but, what raw talent.
I regularly skulk around your channel, but this is the 1st time I've seen THIS video. I always thought Lemmo was this beautiful guitar playin, good lookin kid, but Lemmo can SING! Thanks for sharing this one Norm, you DID discover him, and he's great.
The fact Lemmo didn't "make it" big should be enough to scare most people out of pursuing music as a career. His level of talent is off the charts and he's a brilliant songwriter
@xxczerxx disagree, when you don't have albums, doesn't mean you didn't make it. First of all, wherever you play guitar, wherever you are, work, whatever, when you are happy, that's what matters. He'd have chased being popular, famous, we don't know if it was his primary thing. He's looking pretty comfortable where he is, what he does in his life. Touring, being musician is also not easy, requires a lot of work etc. One can not always want that path in life, like playing soccer, basketball... Not every good player will wanna be a sports player, they can do something else and choose to to something else. Nobody should be scared of anything, do whatever you love.
I wish this version would be put on the record, your singing fits this song so perfectly, I always hear it in my head when I play it, anyway I'm sure you had your reasons, love the whole blue comet album and so happy for you :) keep up the spirit Michael!
This just popped up onto my recommended vids... Lemmo with a Jazzmaster 7-years ago... PLAYING THE SAME SONG! LOL - Matching headstock is pretty. Nice job, Michael.
So cool to find this after just hearing him a few months ago playing ... i think a 70 Mustang in competition green/blue ... it's up for debate. Loved that guitar and demo! Love your music Lemmo! Keep rocking Brother!
Actually when i Began playing the guitar in 1973 , the fellow showing me the ropes said that he wouldn't jam with me until I perfected my vibrato bend. It seems to come to you effortlessly!
If ever I was to make it to the States, this is a place I would actually pay money to see.The store has such a coool vibe , as well as super cool gear, I can't actually play guitar.I just enjoy what it brings other people. I can live in hope.
I just happen to see this today and said i gotta watch this, glad i did . Great playing and singing , Mikey has a hell of a strong voice . Bass wad just jamming sounding awesome. 👍 look at mikey now.
Wow Mike time sure does fly is that a fender Thunderbird and what year is it that you are playing in this video Rock on man I watch all the videos you’re awesome keep up the good work
Excellent playing, great songs, and it's the first time I've seen someone play a whole song (in this case two songs) using the Jazzmaster's rhythm circuit, and it sounds great! Most Jazzmaster players don't ever go there, they never touch that upper switch.
good look"in, and talented. that"s a formula for success. trust me kid. take it from a middle aged guy, you are on the right path. life as a middle aged office worker is a life of sorrow. Keep writing and improving.
That was very nice - and the singer looks like a young Bob Dylan ! Beautiful - and I feel qualified to know what's good and what's not. Every success guys - keep following your hearts..... it's your compass home.

You nailed in your comment @AllThumbsGuitar
he doesn't need a label .... being indipendent these days is way better for the artist.
He already has made it…he’s a UA-cam celebrity and doesn’t have to go to a shitty job at an accounting firm. Believe me, a lot of people wish they had his life.
@@mineralt yeah but he doesn’t make UA-cam celebrity money. It’s not his channel so.

You could see his talent even as a very young guy. He's gotten better but you can see he was an ace back then. Love his playing.
8 years and he still uses the 2nd song to demo guitars every now and then. Love it!
Norm asking for another one is like Johnny asking a comedian over to the desk. Y'know, back when jokes were funny.
Lemmo...total legend.....even in his skinny macrobiotic Sonic Youth stare-at-the-floor stage.....
It's called shoegazing

Hey Lemmo, I'm from the future - get used to that place...
LOL
And he's playing a Jazzmaster!

Something special. Thanks to Jordan for bringing him to my attention

So many people out there are full of it. These guys are the real deal.

Well, he is playing with Bonamassa, Orianthi etc. and Tours in Europe right now, i would say he made it xD
We’re listening aren’t we?? He’s made it in my mind :) People should feel inspired to make beautiful sounds, not recognition & monies haha
His style is on the classic/old-school side, although it's admittedly fresh air. Just might not be for the people these days
@@888Marcowait.......WHAT?!???? I've always had respect for Lemmo, but I never knew about this!!!!

The first song had a lot of really cool elements
They sound great.
Just imagine cities all across America though of guys like this, never famous, etc, but can have talent.
Lemmo deserves to be acknowledge d in such a way.
He was good from the start.I have watched dozens of his videos and he keeps getting better. One talented dude !!🙏

Lemmo is such an amazing talent. Blown away. He’s an absolute master on the guitar and now I know the man can sing !
8 years later and are shooting vidz with Fender! Good job, man. I am very happy!
Outrageous. So young. Lemmo is the next guitar god.
Eight years ago and already a red offset with matching headstock.
I Been following this guy for a long time, came back here to show a friend. I haven't seen or heard this in forever, damn it sounds so good!
Norm: do a little more
...8 years later, still doing a little more
This is so good. Damn.
adore their sound, cannot wait for them to release some tracks. Love from the Uk x
This is a killer song! Great phrasing and vocal tone. Daaamn.
That was amazing, can't believe he still hasn't made it big. Keep at it Lemmo!
Past a certain point you have to sell out to make it big, no matter how much talent you have. Kudos to Michael, I don't think he's about selling out.
This just popped up onto my recommended vids... Lemmo with a Jazzmaster 7-years ago... PLAYING THE SAME SONG! LOL - Matching headstock is pretty. Nice job, Michael.
The brightest star takes flight to form Edibles At Night!
he looks like bob Dylan
Leon Weber deffo
I was thinking more Jacob Dylan.
That’s his grandma over there..
He really bloody does!
Came down here to say the same thing. 63-64 Dylan.
Looking forward to hearing you guys on the radio. You guys have a great sound. Best of luck.

Michael's a natural talent, everyone including Jen are VERY talented in what they do at Norm's Rare guitars, I love you Jen...
wut......
The beginner riff reminded me of 'Wanted Dead or Alive' at first !
It was a virtual rip off?
I didn't know that Andy Samberg played guitar!? Damn...... he's pretty good!😎

Lemmo, great friends of ours!!!!
Good stuff!
Is there a turorial of the first song he is playing or any tabs at least!🧐
Damn,,, look at all the acoustic guitars !😳
What are intro chords in the first song?
Just look up Wanted by Bon Jovi and you'll get them.
He is playing in key of Gm so Gm-F-Eb-Dm every now and then but the first three for sure
Lemmo is a real guitar crack, and that Jazzmaster is stunning
Live this
😭little baby lemmo!!!
