'Been waiting for this one! I purchased a similar product right before I watched my 1st Leggari video. I want these colors, so I never opened the other stuff. However, I am at a serious crossroad because I am so afraid of messing it up! :-(

learning a new trick of the trade. I have been doing epoxy floor coating for 24 years and yet have we tried Mettalics. Thank you for the awesome lesson
Thanks for watching!
Thank you. Watched before application on mine, great tips.
Thank you for watching our video
This may be a dumb question but here goes it anyway: Can Leggari self leveling epoxy fill in a hairline crack in a concrete slab? If not, can Leggari epoxy be used to fill the crack if it's chased without filling it with an adhesive?
Can you do this over a cement shop floor that already has an old epoxy floor kit on it? If so, what needs to be done to prep the floor?
Outstanding! I was impressed how the Floor looked dried. The Video shows the Silver than Pearl White being rolled out... Than the next frame shown this Beautiful finish that looks like a "Smoked" Finish! Beautiful. I like the Blend affect with the Roller But Im going to try a Light Rag Roller in a few spots to break it up as a Faux accent.
I am assuming the "Smoked" finish look was from the Epoxy Finish fully or almost dried. Im going to try this soon with a Image on the floor first as a Lay In accent. Once again Outstanding work!
Thank you. You can order a sample kit for $15.99 from the link below to try it out.

@@LeggariProducts hello what litters that materials... can you send me what kind of materials. That epoxy?
Thanks for sharing the Knowledge also great products All the best 2021, Mad props from CANADA.
This is awesome. Similar to the floor that I would like to do. How many days did it take you from filling to finish product? Must the primer dry/cure before applying the epoxy coat? Thanks.
day 1-Fill joint, prime, metallic epoxy...day 2-Top Coat. Typically 1-2 days thanks
Who would give this a thumbs down? This is cool looking and there is that Tylor guy again making everything look easy.
You guys rock years later still helping new guys like myself
If you don’t use the top coat is the surface slippery if wet. I love the videos and thinking about doing my floor in my bathroom like this as well as doing a walk-in shower the same way
I'm not even doin my floors. I just like watching epoxy floor videos 🤷
Thanks for watching our videos Annie
Me 2🌚💔
Creepy
@@travislindberg6463 how so
Come do it for me! I need some epoxy down in my weed shed.
I have a couple questions:
What brand paint rollers do you recommend and how many will I need for the primer, first coat, highlight, and top coat?
When did you remove the tape? Do you have to retape for the top coat?
The tape looks different. I’d imagine you have to wait for the epoxy to dry first before doing top coat, which means you’d have to remove tape and retape once it dries.
You make this look so easy 😬looks awesome!!!
Thanks Jamie for watching the video
I can’t wait to get the product and try it looks super cool good instruction thanks for your channel🙂

This was a great tutorial. We are thinking of doing this in our basement. Was there a step after he rolled/moved around the white to get the marbling effect? Prior to sanding it down? The floor just looks so different from when it was wet to when it dried.
No, it always looks better the next day after the epoxy levels out and the metallic pigments finish moving.
I’m also doing my basement. This was also my question. Thanks!
This IS AWESOME!!!!
Thank you!!
I'm going to epoxy my basement and garage floors

How long did you have to wait until applying on top of primer and then how long to dry/apply top coat?
Once you apply the primer you wait an hour and a half then you apply the epoxy. Thanks
2 questions, one how long do you let the primer dry b4 you start laying down the epoxy. How does he not track the epoxy when he takes steps?
You let the primer set up for about an hour to an hour and a half. He is wearing painters cleats that have spikes on them. Thanks
I think they were baseball or soccer cleats! They were under armor!
@@isabelmartinez9147 he means under the shoes he has painters cleats with spikes on it
Not the shoe itself
Looks good. Im getting ready to coat my garage. Getting ideas.
Same here. I like the look of this, but I'm getting some for free. Can't beat that
Absolutely LOVE it!
Thank you
I liked the shine, does the sponge roller dull the shine? Or that particular top coat? Is there a top coat that allows you to keep the glossy/mirror look?
You need to do a flood coat of clear epoxy for a top coat to keep that perfectly flat mirror finish or don't have a top coat and look after your floor well and or keep it polished it, we like to use a extra wet look metallised polish 👍
Great work. Love this stuff. One question though... Why the paste? To fill the joints? Reason I'm asking is cause those are there for a reason. Highly recommend that caulking go in. Way faster less expensive AND caulking expands with the joints movements providing it's a top of line sealant. Just an observation 💁. I'm a professional Caulker and getting into the epoxy.
Yes PU sealands or MS sealands are the best. I am sure the paste thay are using is also PU type or MS type. here in Europe you could get those types in large buckets OK. Im sure in US also. The joints in the picture are probably movement joints hecause the with size. . In interior where you have a stablle temperature enviroment so the moovement will be litherly none, The joint here will behave like a construction joints OK. Outside you will not do floors like this i think :).
Because Epoxy doesnt like to bond very well to Caulk.
Thanks guys for the insight from your company’s point of view
I can’t imagine doing that in a wall !! I want all this products and tools tho !! This is crazy Creative
Leggari.com, thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video I’m doing this myself as my floornis ready for epoxy needs no prep it’s level no cracks and I got a quote for 10,000 I had a minor heart pain lol so I am going to do myself for my garage only question I have is where you get the product ????
Danny Krewench directly on our website. Click on floors and you’ll be able to go through our ordering process to purchase a kit for whatever square feet you type in. Thanks
After patching cracks in my garage floor, do I️ have to sand the cement to apply this product?
Yes that's a good idea before the installation. We address prep work in the tutorial videos we send out as well, Thanks
I’m gonna give it a shot 🙏🏾🤷🏾♀️
Thank you! You help a lot for beginers
My question is , can you lay this over tile ? Or is it best to remove the tile and clean the concrete ?
Remove tile grind concrete
wow very nice.. does it get slippery when it rain if done outside? and have you done it in very cold climate like winter Canada thanks
It does but you can get it done with texture to whatever grit you want
Ty for this! ❤️
Love your work
Is this primarily for garages or can I use in my home ?
You can definitely use it in your home as well! Here's a video, used on a homeowners kitchen floor: ua-cam.com/video/mbOXuzuL7-U/v-deo.html
My wife and I are very interested in what we are seeing on your channel. How long and how tough is this aproxy? I have some young children and am curious if it’s something that’s going to last a long time? Thank you and great job!

Watching him paint was so satisfying
Great to learn how to install metallic epoxy floors. Thank you.
Our pleasure!
Can this product be used on cement walls also thank you
Nope
Hey. Great video. I have a few questions.
Do you only do a small section at a time like this video?
Was this done all in one day?
Did u have to let each coat dry, Before starting the next application?
How long does each coat take to dry?
Can this be done all in one day?
Isn't great you got all your questions answered? 🤣🤣🤣
Sections or at once.
Yes one day.
It looks to be drying as he goes.
My aunt waited a tad before doing another coat though.
In one day you can walk in it… in three you can carry on as usual. I’m in the mist of doing this.
yeah im gonna put this in my garage RIGHT NOW!
Hi, take a look at our online brochure. Thanks

interested in this ... amazing product
Thanks Leo, here's a link to our website if you'd like to check out pricing, etc. on floor kits: www.leggari.com
Can you use attacher paste on painted floors?
Yess, you can honestly do whatever you want to.
Kevin Dowler My garage had curbs poured with slab. You see a 2x4 indention from forms and some honey combing. I see the patch and thought about Arden.
Suggestions?
There is also honeycombing on curb.
Ever hit the curb with your product?
@@thomasmoss1066 use hydraulic water stop cement. Mix it with a little bit of water and apply it. I use it on basement walls and curbs etc. when there is honeycombs. Its main use is to fill cracks and stop water but it works really well for other things. If you use it work fast and do small areas at a time because it cures really fast.
If you type the names of all materials and tools that you used, we'll appreciate it
And thanks for the video
Holy shit thats beautiful. Were gonna use that in our house in the Philippines instead of tile now. Thanks for the great vid.
Love your videos mate, cheers
Thanks Nicholas for watching the video
I’m confused. It shows him applying the lighter color and it has all the roller marks and then it skips to the finished product where it looks all Smokey and all the roller marks are gone. What happened in between?
The product levels itself,so all the marks go away on their own.
😆😆😆
I want floor like that when I'll my house
Hola, es un gusto saludarles. Es increíble el trabajo que hacen. Los Felicito. Podrían, por favor, aclarar una duda... ¿Qué es lo que colocan entre el piso y la resina? Gracias!! Y que sigan los éxitos
I have a question about how strong is it and what about the existing fractures on the slabs? With the time they will transfer to the surface?.. and also how do you recommend for a exterior Deck..were they want to be able to walk barefoot and not feel the heat so much.. from the sun radiation it will stay a lower temperature?
can you list in the description the materials you use? (that would be helpful).
Can’t you just put the white in the silver and swirl it and pour it on the floor I think I’d like that effect better?? Thinking of ordering this for my basement it’s 1500sq ft
Hi Ashley, we recommend if you go with that technique that you mix the colors separately then pour them into one bucket before pouring them onto the floor. It would definitely work and still give you decent color separation. If you mix both colors together at once it will just make it a solid lighter grey. Hope that makes sense. Thanks!
Leggari Products that’s what I was implying haha mixing them separately first then putting the white in with the silver before pouring on the floor lol
Leggari Products how do I get a floor kit I have an entire basement I need to do! I want a black and white kit for my living room hall way master room and closet and I want a teal grey and black kit for my bathroom!!!
Send us an email directly at leggari@gmail.com with the shipping address and total square feet and we'll send you a quote and payment info, Thanks
Ashley James send me prices for a kit
I rather the glossy glass look over the semigloss. Great tutorial.
We have 3 different top coat options. Glaze coat is our super high gloss top coat that lays out glass smooth just like the metallic epoxy coat. Our WB Urethane comes in high gloss and leaves a minor texture and we also have a WB Urethane that’s a Matte/Satin finish. Thanks
Thanks for tips
The 200 ppl with 👎.
They all work for an asphalt Comp.

Or the LVP industry...
I wish you actually showed the prep work
I'm building a new shop. So, i smooth out the concrete floor. Do i still need to sand it before applying the primer?
I'm impressed 😁 cool 👌 project
Hi, take a look at our online brochure. Thanks

Are those FootBall Cleats to be able to walk on the epoxy while wet ???
Yes, baseball cleats to be exact. You'll want the metal type cleats not the rounded ones, thanks.
I felt so dumb for wanting to ask this very question lol
You can buy garden spike cleats as well, just be cautious using cleats when installing epoxy over concrete, like walking on ice.
@@johnprocess2394 yes sir it is!!!
How are you walking on it and not leaving trails??
We are wearing cleated shoes so we do not track the epoxy everywhere, once you step of it self levels. Thanks
that was tripping me out too lol.

How do I get information pertaining to training by you guys

@@mckenziebovee6496 They are wearing cleats on their shoes so there are no footprints.
Yes, Me too!
how long can it stay on the floor for ?
After you dump it on the floor you have anywhere from 30 to 45 min to get the look you want per section mixed. Its more than enough time.
It's an industrial coating so a very long time, especially in the residential application, thanks.
How much and could you ship over night?
Costs vary depending on the scope. Email us directly so we can get you a quote for your project. We'll need some info from you first. Can't typically overnight floor kits since they ship freight and are usually hundreds of pounds. Leggari@gmail.com Thanks
Is there a catalog we can request
I just ordered it. I can’t wait!
Thanks for the order Dany, good luck with your project. Thanks
How does it hold up?
I love this, I need it in my basement daycare. Wow
Thanks for watching!
Ive watched 80% of your videos what is not clear is the drying time between the primer and each color. Please clarify. Thanks
Once you apply the primer you wait an hour and a half the apply the base coat of epoxy immediately fallowed by the highlights. Thanks
Leggari Products how much working time do you have once you start the base epoxy coat? As in, is the grey past it’s flow time by the time the White was done? More wondering in case of a large area
What kind of shoes he has on, are his shoes wrapped or something???
Baseball cleats
candid frank lol Yep actually got a pair right now. Doing an epoxy walkway and some acrylic flooring today 🤙
I wonder if push broom would make a better blend? Thinking about this in my house.
What about for kitchen floors do you coat it first too or can just do your epoxy colors? And how long did you wait for the first batch to dry?
From 14:50 to 14:55 it looks like some steps were left out.
I think it just self leveled and dried!
“Put it in the crack” ROFLMAO...
ok bevis
I love it . it looks so nice.
Thanks for the wonderful comment and for watching the video
Dope video best one out there!
Thank you!
I am curious about the tape you used to mark off the floor. We are planning to do our basement, but not all of it. We planned to tape off sections and wonder if the epoxy will flow over the tape. Also wonder when and how you remove the tape from the floor after you apply the epoxy.
If the epoxy tries to flow over the tape just pull the epoxy back, you can remove the tape the next day. Thanks
Awesome vids guys. Do have a question regarding the kits, do the soccer cleats come with them😂.
I was wondering how he was walking over the wet epoxy without making a mess or smudging it all around. Thanks again for the vids.
Leggari spiked shoes allow you to walk on the wet epoxy without messing up the design! Check them out leggari.com today! No, unfortunately they do not come with the kit!
Looks great
can u provide a link to show a few of ur video which is finish in very gloss top coat?

Thanks guys!
I have an upcoming project. The house is a 3 story building featuring several apartment units. I really don't want to use the traditional floor tiling. Should I consider this option for all my floor needs? Does it last better than floor tile?
Thanks.
Easier to install and looks better. Take a look at our online brochure.

So the prep replacement prior can go right over vct tile? And would it be feasible to put self lever over vct tile? My buddy is doing this, was told to put 1/8 inch self leveler over entire area to start epoxy process?
Great work
Thank you so much 😀
When applying the top coat (poly) can you use a sponge mop instead (if you wanted a thick layer for a deeper gloss/shine).
Great question! We recommend not using that because the top coat was meant to go on thin. Thanks!
I could say, a good video with very little information, it doesn't say how much time need to be waited within coats, it doesn't say how to mix the epoxy or if all the materials are ready to use, it doesn't show up the bucket to see what kind of epoxy they were using, etc, etc, etc so far it was nice to see the process, I would thanks if you can give us the information I pointed in my comment. Thanks
You can go to our website at www.leggari.com and click on floors or countertops and there are tutorial videos that show you the step by step process. Thanks
The paint is not stickies to the shoe? What paint use or have special shoe?
I looove this epoxy, thank you for the video,I once saw similar floor in solid color in one of dr's consulting rooms 3yrs ago i did know what was it i thought it was paint but i fell in love with it.now i know.
You saw it last for decades, approximately how many decades.
How soon can it be available in South Africa...
Our products are actually industrial coating made for military aircraft hangers, etc. So theoretically in a residential, or even commercial setting it will last forever. This is NOT a cheap epoxy paint that you will commonly find at box stores like Home Depot or sherwin Williams. It is a thick 100% solids epoxy coating.
This looks great
Thank you!
