Alright ladies and gentlemen Mindbenders Ambition has returned! So in this video we're going to be taking a look at the Mindbenders God Roll and Best Perks in 2022. This Shotgun was once seen as the Best Weapon in the game for PvP but has it now become a PvE weapon? There's still a couple of PvP perks in there. You could probably make slideways + steady hands work with range on the barrel, magazine, and masterwork. But either way, they've nerfed all shotguns in PvP so many times that it's never going to feel the way it used to
No they didn't and I don't understand why you all keep saying this. Quickdraw is trash now and threat detector is now always going to be the superior perk. Also opening shot was only ever available on the curated roll. Long story short mindbenders never changed, shot guns them selves changed.
Threat detector and well-rounded are pretty useful in PvP. Everyone is saying steady hands but you dont need a kill to activate well-rounded.
"Mindbenders is dead!" Once GMs drop: "Mindbenders has one INSANE ROLLLL!!"
its a 10 for me in pvp its amazing sure found verdict is good but mbenders gun model is 30/10
ok, today was the luckiest day of my life I dropped the mind with: corkscrew rifling or full choke (Who is better now?), assult mag, threat detector, incandescent and range masterwork.
corkscrew was never high tier, go with FC
Even for PvE i'll go with 'Without Remorse' , can get 1-2 punch as well. Better handling as well
Wastelander has 1-2 as well

I’ve done Lightblade about 10 or more times and it’s only dropped 3. I may just wait for the adept. I am very excited to use it.
I've gotten more exotic on hero than any other difficulty and still no mindbenders
Adept Mindbender's could still be pretty good for PvP
with
Barrel Shroud / Full Choke
Accurized Rounds
Threat Detector
Fragile Focus / Swashbuckler
and Adept mods (range or handling) it has pretty similar stats compared to Found Verdict though I don't think it will quite match Opening Shot even while Fragile Focus is active. Threat Detector is still a big plus and for those who don't raid it's a great option. Aggressive Frames hit hard and its stats outclass Felwinter's
Idk why but as for range and consistency, the new Mindbenders has been performing prettydamn good for me in PvP Content. Ive gotten a snapshot n fragile focus roll on my first run lol. I agree its not the same godly gun that it used to be, but its definitely not as bad as most of the community tries to shape it as. I use it consistently on my warlock with n without ophidians, it never disappointed me once since I got it.
Oh and also.. my question would be the same as myfi's, did smoothbore get its pellet spread erased? is it still shit? Imma leave those questions here incase someone knows something about it, since I haven't found anyone else talk about it in the comments.

Your perk suggestions are definitely the ones I would choose. The problem I'm having is that this just isn't the gun I would choose. Most spread shotguns will get you killed in high level content for being over aggressive, or else it's overkill in lower level content. Shotguns are in a tough place right now where they aren't going to see a lot of usage

Yeah I'm gonna go for one with incandescent just for fun when I'm doing shotgun bounties in low end content. I don't need to sweat for an adept.
I have a one two punch matador that has seen tons of action in high level endgame content this season, I’m having a blast one shotting champions in GMs.

Both of your contents are very positive to a grinder like me, who enjoys the game and the story content. Ive been waiting for someone to make a video that isnt crapping on the weapon. I remember watching your old farm videos and doing it ALL DAY EVERY DAY for the weeks hollowed lair was available to try and get the perfect roll. Unfortunately, i was not able to get the roll i wanted. My best was slideshot rampage, but it still is one of my favorite looking and feeling weapons ever. The firing sound is so crisp and crunchy, and the recoil on the gun felt beefy, but not bad. It felt like it had power behind it, and i felt like a powerhouse using it in pvp and in playlist strikes. A favorite of mine, but i'm kind of glad it isn't as good as it used to be in pvp. Bungie said they want to reduce special weapon usage in pvp, and i think they're doing that here. Adding another stupidly good shotgun from endgame activities would completely contradict that.
Shotguns literally suck dick in crucible now even with a simplest gospel so adding good perks on it wouldn’t change anything lmao

People are sleeping on the pugilist handling bonus for PvP. It's still kind of inexcusable they didn't at least give it opening shot in the right column.
Does the origin perk for champs proc when the weapon is stowed?
saved all my g.m's for this got one with puglist and one two. its been solid so far. got her up to 69 range with the adept mod. it does have some good range. but alot better options in destiny, which sucks because the shotgun is one of the best feeling ones ive used.

Found verdict is so kuch more farmable especially if you're able to do content like master/legend nfs. Then running vog a couple times and then just spoil farming for a God roll just sounds much easier.

As a pvp main and everyone saying Mindbenders is dead, I got my god roll first time I ran nightblade, full choke assault mag threat detector and one two punch, you ever killed a bubble titan using a shotty melee? its fun as hell and besides threat detector gives insane handling so its good enough for me I love it
Man I had a sick god roll on this I used it far longer then any other gun iv got till we got crafted.
I got a 5/5, dismantled it for infusion by accident before I even used it during it's prime. Ever since that day I've locked every Godroll the instant I get it.
@@TripparSnippar I have some nice old ones I figured would be good rolls bank is always almost full. So many weps that have one or other perk I been looking for. I now have some insane crated weps but I Gota do dares now uhg to get some of those weps as well.

I’ll stick with fusions for pvp I was excited for this gun to come back until I saw the perk rolls
And you'd be wise. Unless you run TLFV or crafted Wastelander, successful warm up fusions with good stab/range are so easy to acquire. Mindbenders is a nostalgia choice, it is not competitive
They're scared to give shotguns good perks meanwhile fusions one shot you from 25 meters out. 🤧

Bruh it's gonna be really good in pvp, snapshot fragile focus, sure it's not opening shot but it should work most of the time, also snapshot for quick ads , not having slideshot is gonna be fine, Quickdraw won't be needed that badly, only in like 1 of 30 situations. Plus it's gonna be adept, so, gonna give it a 8/10 already, also incadescent sounds better in pve, in many of the cases
It’s still ass either way you put it tbh. Pvp is most definitely out the Window, unless you’re just using because you miss it, pve you have other better shotguns.
