Im considering pulling the trigger on this kit. Does it have any negatives that you've come across so far? I cant find too many in-depth reviews on the 3X in particular.
thank you for watching I think the EFNOTE3X is a good quality, good sounding drum. Disadvantages for me, I think. The sound given is not too much, not too little. But I don't think it really works that much. Or you record sound into the program and adjust the sound later and it works fine. Some sounds I don't think work very well. But some are really good. Another disadvantage The channel for adding drums is too small, only 1 channel. Overall, I consider it a good quality drum. Best regards❤
@@sekdrum any problems about missed triggers, i.e. on the hithat, playing very fast notes, or bad open closed triggers? any recurrent crosstalks? or double triggers on the bass? I also read about bad quality build of the drums and pads, will they last ? I have the feeling edrums are heavily overpriced by making so much low quality at lower prices that we end up spending 3.000 for a somewhat decent product...
@tomsawyer2112 Yes, and it's actually quite good. In terms of fit/finish, it's very solid and looks fantastic! I really love about 85% of the stock kits. I'm having fun playing around with the triggers. I'm a lefty, so I took Tom 4 and the Ride cymbal and placed them to the left of the hi-hats with the module on a single stand. Works out great with the separate stands, which is harder to accomplish with a rack. I haven't tested the Bluetooth MIDI yet, but overall I'm very pleased!
@@vintageludwig BT may add lag, not sure if this is noticable with midi. But the module seems extremely limited on the input/output side, it has a USB connection, so I guess midi in/out works fine without lag, with a dedicated asio driver. Can't even see an audio output, balanced or unbalanced, I suppose it is included in the multi-connector, I need to check the manual before I buy it.
does this drumset come with a hihat stand and where did you buy it
Complete set ready to hit Buy drum sticks and chairs, headphones, or speakers.❤
