Sounds great dude! Only thing to dislike about this kit from what I've seen is the crash. It seems to have some problems with machine gunning, which is a big thing considering as it is, the crash sounds a little bit harsh to me. You think configuring around with the settings would fix that? You're a great player with a great kit to match. I'm really enjoying what I've heard so far. Also, what is the song you're playing? Sounds great!
Thank you so much for your kind comment 😄 I still have a long way to go to be a better player haha The song played in this clip is Korean CCM song ‘밤이나 낮이나‘. This is the link of the song. ua-cam.com/video/DkZbKDz0Los/v-deo.htmlsi=RPUO7BmmR4D1C75k I understand what you mentioned about crashes. You can change the eq, velocity curve, sensitivity, and threshold of the cymbals. You could cut some of high frequencies and make it warm. Also if you change velocity curve in the module and sensitivity settings, you may avoid some of machine gunning effect. But I think the dynamic range of crash sounds is not that wide. For instance, I lowered sensitivity of the snare, it prevented machine gunnery effect compared to the factory setting, but still remained. So, these days I use sounds from EZdrummer 3 rather than using the module sounds.
I've fully paid for mine and just waiting for it to be delivered. I'll be using Superior Drummer 3 though. I have no idea why people still use the onboard sounds when SD3 sounds so amazing. 😊🤘🤘
@@SkullduggeryVFXYT That’s a really good choice! I bought ezd3 due to limited budget, but I really like the sound. If I had more budget, I would def go with sd3. VSTs are so amazing. Hope you enjoy with ur ekit 😁😁
I’d disagree. I play all my shows/gigs with my ekit and it always sounds great live according to feedback from others. The biggest thing I noticed after touring is that ekits are used on stage way more than people think. Most people just never notice. One thing I did have to really get to know is that it really depends on the pa/speaker you’re playing through etc.
@@DAnthony14 As I played this ekit for over a month, audiences gave me positive feedbacks about ekit, especially when I used ezd3. I agree that good speakers are required. Also, I did realized that good skilled engineer is also an important factor to make the ekit sound great. My church’s main room has a lot of delay, causing the drum sound very very boomy. Our sound guy just lowered most of the low frequencies and the volume of the bass speaker. Now, ekit sounds so light..

@@kwangminoh3308 I think I will. Looks really nice :)
Feel like electric drums only sound right through headphones
I totally agree with you.

@@needham_b Both main pa and drum monitor speakers are from “Magnetic audio”.
