I like to season mine with Lawrey's seasoned salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and some sauteed onions. Top with cheese, tomato, bacon, mayo and ketchup, on a toasted bun. Delicious!

I love me some Miss Gina. Even when it's something as simple as a cheeseburger. I'm going to make fried chicken livers for dinner this evening. Do you have a chicken liver video up yet? I can give you my special spicy dredge recipe, as well a great remulade dipping sauce (also great as asandwich dressing). I like to use the remulade for fried green tomatoes or oyster too!
Far be it for me to tell you how to cook, but one tip when cooking hamburgers is once you season one side season the other side after you put it in the frying pan that way you dont lose any seasoning on the first side when you flip it on your cutting board. Gina I enjoy watching you cook you explain everything step-by-step make it so easy for us. But I have to say one thing why are you wasting food don't throw away the end of your onions, tomatoes any vegetables . I keep a large covered bowl in the freezer and throw them all in togther make a good vegetable stock out of it. Just put it all in a knee high stocking (new of course) in a big pot of boiling water. Just remove the stocking when done and you have a nice hardy broth. A good way to get the kids that don't like veggies to eat soup. God bless
