Brooke, that was outstanding! I have cooked for years but never made bone broth because it sounded so complicated. Chicken soup was easy, but bone broth spooked me. You made it look so easy because of the unpretentious way that you communicate. I felt like I was in your kitchen with a person that's so down to earth. You are such a pleasure to listen to, with whatever you're talking about. The tips for marinades were great, also for the dinner preps. I’ll definitely be trying your marinades! Also - have you tried making a second batch of broth with the same bones? I’ve found that there’s often way more deliciousness if I strain, add more water, and go another round.
This was great. It never occurred to me to freeze chicken with marinade. I also work full time, have 3 fur babies and constantly have garden/misc. projects going so I'm always looking for quick and healthy ways to get meals on the table. I will definitely try the marinades. Thanks.
