Thank you! I m cranking them out as fast as I can but due to my very high standards of quality there may be delays in releases. I'm thinking of offering extra content via patreon if you're interested. In the meantime you can browse my back catalogue, there's quite a few up there. Thanks for watching!
@@16023343623497081602 (spoiler alert for the next film) Yes and no... good news is after cleaning and re-lubing the winder and the motor are running nice and quiet(er). Bad news is I over-greased the take-up spindle so it doesn't have enough torque. Hard to get that right 1st time, so I'll need to go back in and clean some of the grease out so there's better friction. Also a screw and a spring fell out the first time I opened it up, and I have to go and find out where to reattach them. It's part of the single frame switch mechanism.
Loved the close up photography. Keep going.
Thank you!
I've got three of those now, and two need rebuilding. Thanks for making the video.
Thanks! This website was my guide: cinetinker.blogspot.com/2013/01/servicing-bolex-d8l.html?m=1
Bless you!
Thank you! This along with a few other resources helped get my Bolex B8 up and running again.
Could you share some of these resoueces? Trying to get my motor to run smoothly

Good video loved it they really knew how to make things last back in the day good quality of Parts ECT
You said it... 60 years old and all it needs is a bit of grease and cleaning and it's running like a top. Or should I say Swiss watch!
At 3:05 an ASMR perv somewhere just couldn't hold back any longer.
Does anyone know how to remove the Front on a Bolex Zoom Reflex Automatic, like the P4 or S1?
Please upload more frequently. Waiting for your videos !!!
