- 🔥 A fun kettlebell workout that builds up to 3 different flows by introducing different exercises each interval.
🎯 Target Areas: full body (includes push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, rotation movement patterns)
💭 How To Use: as its own training session
🔧 Equipment: 1 KB (I used 1x 8kg KBs but would have preferred a 1x12kg).

Focusing on compound movements, like the ones in the this video, can beat out negative self talk. Highly recommend if you wake up either needing a bit more sleep or are on the verge of being a grump -> Do. This. Workout. < Saved my Day today. Love adding Julia's videos to my day.

A tough workout this. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to do this having not trained for a week due to illness. Everything felt so difficult. I will definitely do this again when I'm 100%. Thanks Julie another corker of a routine.
It’s hard bc there’s lots of learning & coordination involved - especially if you’re not familiar with the exercises. However come back to this, your brain will remember. 😎🧠

Am new to your channel but wanting to try daily mobility training instead of pilates/yoga to see if helps degenerative spine and arthritis. Easier using kettlebells this way too. And I got to the end but exhausted. Thank-you from the uk 🇬🇧
