  • 🔥 A fun kettlebell workout that builds up to 3 different flows by introducing different exercises each interval.
    🎯 Target Areas: full body (includes push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, rotation movement patterns)
    💭 How To Use: as its own training session
    🔧 Equipment: 1 KB (I used 1x 8kg KBs but would have preferred a 1x12kg).

    We’re back to building kettlebell flows. After the movement prep (warm up portion) of the video there are 3 different circuits that lead to 2-3 rounds of the following kettlebell flows. Exercises & difficulty builds up gradually - feel free to pause & rewatch at any time.

    Very sneaky to call this a KETTLEBELL workout and then add Burpees…most times I feel like we’re friends Jules and then there are days like today where you remind me that you are a trainer 🥲🤣 kicked my butt good!😂 I’ll be back to master form. Thanks Friend 😅 🫶🏾🙃

    Focusing on compound movements, like the ones in the this video, can beat out negative self talk. Highly recommend if you wake up either needing a bit more sleep or are on the verge of being a grump -> Do. This. Workout. < Saved my Day today. Love adding Julia's videos to my day.

    A tough workout this. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to do this having not trained for a week due to illness. Everything felt so difficult. I will definitely do this again when I'm 100%. Thanks Julie another corker of a routine.

    Am new to your channel but wanting to try daily mobility training instead of pilates/yoga to see if helps degenerative spine and arthritis. Easier using kettlebells this way too. And I got to the end but exhausted. Thank-you from the uk 🇬🇧
