Great video mate. I have some questions about it. Do you do all this exercises in one single workout session? And can you tell me how many series/reps you do for each exercise? Thank you man!

How often do you do That Workout in a week? Just found your Channel, amazing 🙏

Nice video dude. I think the best exercise for not being hooked in the video is probably what you called “wrist pronation” which I would just call pronation with a low wrap haha. It’s really good because that’s where a hooker is attacking your hand most of the time. Riser will also be super helpful against a hooker

Good morning bud amazing set up you build and I also build a set up but after I pull the Canadian national championships this weekend I’m going to change some of my pullie wheels out for the ones your useing because I like how the front wheels off the shopping cart can spin side to side as well and the pullies I’m using now so thank you for sharing

Thanks my friend! And sometimes the wire comes off the wheel and is a little dangerous when going really heavy.

Good discipline. Your arm is long and not too big, same with mine. So toproll is your best leverage option.

i for some reason cannot do the "Wtist pronation" excercise, i know its one of the best excercises but my nerve and bone starts hurting bad. Can move 15kg like this max. What is insane, i can pronate 45kg through the thumb.

Try putting some type of padding on your wrist before wrapping. This move is specific to stopping a hook puller.

Hey man, I'm quite new to aw. So I've been training 2x per week (wrist wrench, pronation, riser, etc), while also training my upper body and lower body 2x per week (Bench, Rows, Arms, Legs, etc). What do you think is the ideal volume on those AW workout days? Any tips about number of exercises, sets and reps for a beginner like me? Thanks and keep up the great content

I do 8-12 reps on arm wrestling lifts. I normally only max on the table with other people to see if my lifts are working for arm wrestling.

Hi, I have read in some comments that you train for armwrestling 7 times x week and you do this workout once a week. Can I ask you what is your full training schedule for the week? Thank you! (btw nice video! subscribed ❤)

I do 2 days of pronation and riser singles then 2 days of chest/back and arms/shoulders then 1 day of pronation training and 1 day of cupping training then 1 day of arm wrestling.
