He has been there and done that he has nothing to prove. Also this is a slow practice pull, it’s way riskier to go in a high level match and not be 100 percent verses this.
You can use your standard cylinder handle on cable machine and do whatever cup/side/drag variation you like, but you can even hold on with just those two weakest fingers, or just put more pressure on them than the stronger two fingers. You can also put a fat grip on a belt, attach it to a high pulley, and while holding the fat grip, work you ulnar deviation, which, due to the position of the belt and fat grip, will also hit those smaller fingers pretty hard too.
anyone else find it weird when adam keeps telling elite pullers "youre nothing",,, and then he has like a insecure laugh to along with it. Idk just gives me weird vibes. Small man complex for sure.
