Am I crazy for only using a multispinner to train on the table?
Your gonna have a strong cup lol
How many reps each session?
1 rep 15 sets
Nice bro
Thanks you
Where’d you purchase?
that guy with long hair is very good
Jacob is one of my favorite training partners!
Yall are looking strong 💪
Thanks brother
How many times you train a week?
6 days weight style training one day arm wrestling.
@ tnx man👍
Nice handle. How many inches is that strap?
The pipe is 3 inch. I’m not sure about the strap
whats the diameter?
3 inch
Keep going man!! I haven't watched your other videos yet, so maybe you cover this... you should train the full range of motion of your pronation. The last exercise you did, make it light so that you can totally turn your palm down towards the table. I'm no expert, just a suggestion. Respect the dedication with the log book 👍👍
Thank you my friend.
Very nice. The other guy looks very strong too
Thank you
You so strong man💪
Thank you 🙏
how many series and reps?
i do 3 sets/12,10,8 reps
Don't you think the side pressure should come from a higher place?
I think they both have there uses
🦾🗿
Thanks bro
Amazing work! Keep going you’ll be on top😊
Thanks my friend!
How do you program your workouts
I’ll message you on Facebook brother! Riser/Sidepressure 4 exercise of each. Cupping/Pronation 4 exercises of each. Backpressure/Sidepressure 4 exercises of each. 3 days of arm wrestling training. Then you do general lifting for the rest of the week.
Where can you buy that wooden block?🤔
I bought a 12 foot 2/4 and made it.
Try not using your body for momentum. Sit into it then lift. That way all the concentration is on that lift. That's how Devon does it anyway.
I have two different styles of this lift one like in this video and one that is seated and That is more of what you’re describing. I will post a video of it as soon.
For those in the comments this is a static "pronation" lift. Static means that there is 0 rom, the purpose is simply to resist the weight as it barley leaves the ground.
Well spoken
@@Trey-Farmhand-Suit I got u brother.
What does this do exactly i seen you said it was fo arm wrestling but what does it make better just curious
It’s a static lift that focuses on keeping your pronation intact. The pronator is a small muscle in the forearm.
10 millimeters range of motion 😂
yep thats the lift
Haaaaaaa...
Yooo, Michael Todd student, keep up the amazing work!!
Thanks my friend. You as well!

Pretty cool.... But I prefer to be like AIR
Pretty cool... But I prefer to be air

Devon larrot Jr..

Hard work pays off 😤

How did you order this bro? I'd like to have one.
Sabin Badulescu on Facebook
Damn trey you picked up some fans on this one 😂
Thanks bro 😎
I wanted to hear the rest of the story 😂
😂😂 it’s prolly one of my favorite moments from the Katman
Hi! I see that the bar you use to hold the spring has holes in it (I assume to regulate the difficulty). How do you prevent the bar from rotating while you apply forces?
I didn’t design it but it works great. Not sure how it prevents the spinning of the handle but it does.
There you are. 💪 When’s your next match!
I don’t have one my friend. I got a lot going on right now. Thanks for the support!
Where you been, Brother?💪
Been really busy. Thanks for the support!!
@@Trey-Farmhand-Suit Busy is good, as long as it’s a good busy! 💪
Riser isn't strong enough
Thanks my friend
🤯
Thanks bro
All the power is on this table!
Oh yea!!
How much you up to now Trey?
I’m not sure honestly. I haven’t done that lift in a while
@@Trey-Farmhand-Suit I finally made it up to 100 but my pronation fails any higher than that
I am now up to 100 pounds as well. My bicep is always what fails on me. I think my pronation could handle a lot more but my bicep needs more work.
Great training lesson
Glad you think so!
How do i make myself an arm wrestling table for practice like you did..?
There’s a lot of images on Google to go off of. It’s to hard to explain on here.
You like this handle? Feels good? And why?
I like using the thicker end on my pinky finger. Helps me with containing a toproll.
Nice lifts! How many lbs is this?
I think it’s like 55 lol not very much at all!
@@Trey-Farmhand-Suit still impressive and more than me lol. Nice work 💪
do you train for the hook or try and always toproll?
I train the hook as well.
Hi, I'm new to arm wrestling. At practice when attempting my riser, the other guys say it feels like I'm pulling more straight back (back pressure) and not actually rising upwards. But when I try to vector upwards towards my face, my elbow comes off the pad. However, when the pro I'm practicing with rises, it does not. I dont get it. FYI I have a shorter forearm and am shorter than everyone at practice. Is that why? I'll also dip down a bit and do more of a hammer curl but the guys say once again that I'm not getting any height. So confused. Thanks for any tips
Sounds like you just need to train your riser more. Make sure your riser engaged when your performing backpressure. Make sure your top knuckle is kicked as high as possible when practicing and ask your partner to dump his riser so you can feel your riser better.
