- Nowadays everyone knows their exit velocity and launch angle on every ball they hit, however very few young players are taught the importance of having a strong approach at the plate.
In this video, I go over the “Plate” system which will help you know what to look for during your at-bats. Implementing this system will instantly make you a better hitter.
The higher the level of baseball you go, the more important it is to have a strong approach. Many players get phased out because they rely on talent alone, and when they reach the next level they get dominated because they don’t have a plan at the plate.

Hello I have a son who is 2026 grad. What should he be doing to get recruited.
I suggest 1 PG or PBR showcase a year to update your metrics. 2nd is making sure he's playing in the tournaments where schools actually attend. Especially in July. There's almost no schools recruiting in June because they're all out at the college summer leagues watching guys in the portal.
