  • • Ingredients: bread pizza

    A loaf bread of 450 grams(sliced into 6) 0:56,
    Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and place in a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes until the liquid egg has coagulated and stopped flowing.
    Prepare some common-used ingredients like meat, seafood or vegetables as we like. In the video we used proper amount of prawn meat, bacon, green pepper shreds, ketchup and mozzarella cheese.
    • Baking temperature for an oven that enable us to change the top heat and the bottom heat separately, as the bread is already well-done, we can preheat the oven to 230 degrees for top heat and 100 degrees for bottom heat. Keep it on the top rack and bake it for about 20 mins. It’s well-done if the meat and the cheese turn a bit brown.
    • For an oven that doesn’t enable us to change the top heat and the bottom heat separately, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Keep it on the middle rack of oven and bake it for about 20 mins, just till the meat and the cheese turn a bit brown.
    • Ingredients for ketchup: 600 grams of tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces(3:59), onion pieces 100 grams(4:43), garlic a little bit (4:38). Break the above three kinds of ingredients into pieces, put them in pot and stir-fry to dehydrate for a bit. Then add 20 grams of oil(4:59), 20 grams of sugar(5:03), 5 grams of white pepper powder(5:07) and 5 grams of salt(5:09). Turn to low heat and stir-fry till it gets sticky. The kind of ketchup in the video is for making pizza, please make it thicker if it’s for noodles.
    • Ingredients: loaf bread of 450 grams(2)
    600 grams of high-protein flour, 6 grams of yeast, 60 grams of white granular sugar, 40 grams of powdered milk, 2 eggs, 280 grams of milk, 40 grams of butter and 2 grams of salt. About the liquid ingredients like milk and eggs, it’s better to use cold ones in hot days.
    • Baking temperature for loaf bread with an 80-liter oven: preheat the oven to 160 degress for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on the lower rack of oven. Make sure it stays in the middle part of oven and bake it for about 40 mins. A smaller oven usually provide more heat, so please reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in oven capacity.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
