As a woman I am very aware of my extra skin. I lost over 200 lbs. in 1993. Gained it back 1 year later. Lost 200 again a year or so again from surgeries. Your video is just amazing. You showed me I'm not the only one for one thing and that I can use compression clothes for my mid section especially. Thanks for being so open and sharing your extra skin story.

What a fantastic video! What really struck me was not only were you putting yourself out there but you were just talking about it like it was nothing! Don't get me wrong because at the end of the day it's not a big deal. It's just part of who you are and it's a sign of where you were and where you're at now! What a legitimately brave man, not afraid of embarrassing himself a little if it means he can help others deal with similar issues. Props to you man! I just wanted to add that rash guards meant to Brazilian jiu jitsu seem like a really good solution to compressing lose skin. Maybe you should try that, they are really tight and at least somewhat comfortable.

yeah its all about getting that skin to tighten up, i suggest doing push ups. You can also get surgery and get you loose skin tightened, either 1 of these methods will work its just the push up method will take longer.
I don't want a surgery because it's so expensive here in Switzerland (12-25k) and i don't wanna a big scar i prefer a long time than a scar but thanks for answer
No amount of exercise will tighten a large amount of loose skin. Time will help a lot, but that's minimal. Surgery is the best option, and the scar does fade away after a few years and is barely noticeable.

Fluggert _ Raging Fatass surgery- if it's not too loose and you're still young, wearing compression clothing + creams + working out would help your skin very slowly go back to normal. ovbiously genetics, how much loose skin there is and how old you are plays a huge part. however it only works for a few people and most people get surgery. some people don't even mind the loose skin!
