"Beat It” Sugarfoot DRUM CAM [split screen] - HIStory Tour
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 сер 2018
- Note: I was the only performer on stage Michael ever gave permission to film using an “iso camera” - which allowed me to capture my drumming during the HIStory Tour. I was blessed he allowed me to do this!!…Some parts came out a bit out of focus due to the smoke from the stage and vibrations....I apologize for this!!…I will continuously post more footage. #HistoryTourDrumSeries

Imagine...Michael Jackson dancing to the beat of YOUR drums. Unbelievable.
He did, he was his drummer :P
apiece ofdirt you sure haven’t read up that the documentary was full of shit have you
Asli gugup cuk pasti
the who? i honestly don’t know why you’re watching this if you think he’s a pedo.
i couldnt imagine the check after the show !
Every beat in the Jackson show was perfectly timed
Being a musician for Jackson is a huge responsibility.
Certainly_
One mistake = last mistake
No no no, Michael was his singer haha
And get no credit... they play in the dark and the audience can barely notice they are there. Pretty lame in my opinion.
Gary Harper agree no band = no music.
He does that epic, over the shoulder, blind, double cymbal choke at 1:32 - which is one of the coolest drum ever
1:30
Ninja cymbal choke at 0:55.
Ha.ha..👍
I didn’t realize it was a choke when I first heard it, I thought it was a hihat
Amazing! I had to watch it a couple of times to see it! Best ever.
good eye, I thought it was a hihat also!
Signature move 😁
that cymbal choke at 0:55 is PRICELESS... what a legend
Whoever did the thumbs down on this video needs mental help. It doesn't get any better than this bro
Right
They're jealous and miserable. Period.
Jealousy breeds hate. This is amazing. ❤️
Damn straight
Ra0king but he wasn’t retard...
This is what drumming is and other drummers should watch... The authenticity in the beats he produces are efficient and timed perfectly
Very well said
Yeah no need to be technical like all the new drummers...beat it (the rythm) ;)
Carlos Rivera he doesn’t keep pace he MAKES the pace 🥰🙌
Metronome factories use Sugarfoot's "Beat It" drum track for product calibration and quality control.
FACT!
Love all the little details that this shows besides your great drumming. Just a small glimpse of the inside view looking out. I put my headphones on to listen. Man, it was like being there live. Awesome sound!
Joy Crane yesterday was the Michael 60
Joy Crane I did the same head phones and wow
@George Kamil No reason to be rude to anyone on here. Listening through headphones gives some people, a more personal experience. I hope that answers your question.
@@FabioOrlando I did not see your comment when it posted. Your right. And listing to Jonathan and seeing this was and is a good way to celebrate Michael. And now we have it to watch anytime we want and celebrate his talent and those who worked with him any time we want to.:-)
@George Kamiland why do you feel the need to be rude to him and me? The comment was not directed to you in the first place. Yes, it has nothing to do with my statement or the video, Yet that does not give you the right to be rude by calling anyone an idiot or to be insulting. Clearly, you seem to be intelligent enough to get your point across without having to add an insult to get attention. Enough said. This should be a place to celebrate the music of Michael Jackson and the talent of the people who supported his vision by working with him. And Michael having faith in their talents in order to bring his message to life and share it with his fans in person. I for one celebrate the fact we have this platform to see his performance from a view that only those in the industry get to see and the graciousness of Sugarfoot to share it with us. That is what we should be talking about.
Yooo it's so cool how Michael only gave Johnathan permission to record 🙏🙏 you're just blessing us with your drum skills and live performances from 97.
AND THEN THE GO~PRO CAMERA WAS AN IDEA THAT STARTED
Too bad there is not the Victory tour he did.
A drumming legend playing for the greatest performer that ever lived
After Ricky Lawson.
Kyle Davis who is ricky lawson?
Bruno Oliver Also one of MJ’s drummers that played during the Bad and Dangerous tours.
@@ShadowBeta MJ drummer from Bad Tour to Dangerous Tour. Sadly, he passed away in 2013, he was such a good drummer too
Diegão puts cara que pena, mas esse cara toca muito man
That's how PROS do it. Minimal but with lots of feel and pocket.
MJ and his musicians were just million years ahead of time!
Close my eyes, travel back in time & there I am again front row watching HIStory happen in front of my eyes...
SO GRATEFUL , thank you for being an amazing part of forever!!!
*You are so damn lucky!*
I was only 16 and wanted so badly to go, but we were too poor to afford the 5hr hour travel or buy a ticket!!
Jennifer Batten on guitar!! She's very underrated!
She is underrated because she can shred guitar but he plays in a pop genre....... She can be famous if she is in a metal band
She is so underrated that she played with the most famous singer of planet earth...
@@mattmoves5920 because the singer is more famous than her
@@stephenm.1988 Dude if the most important singer of all time choose you as his guitarist you are not underrated at all.
@@mattmoves5920 so if mj choose me as his backup dancer im not also underrated?
There are drummers who are tight.
There are metronomes.
And then there's a lot of nothing.
Then comes Sugarfoot, the chosen one. Playing with MJ alone is insane but that man also played with Madonna. What an absolute unit.
Neither artist really being that interesting rhythmically
@@SammyMakepeacea hater
0:56 OMG that's clean as f***
at 4:30 you can see Michael come close to Sugarfoot to grab a drink. To get a view of Michael like this is just unprecedented and it must have been amazing to be so close to him when he does his magic. Thank you for this content Mr Moffett
Can't believe Michael never came close to him during all those years of rehearsals and practices 😢 shame on you Michael!!
That guitar solo while Sugarfoot still doing his magic in the back, oh man... It makes me wanna cry.
Thank you Michael
I miss mj here on 2020 hes been my childhood he will be forever on my memory
😘
And don't ignore that electric guitar support for entire song in background flawless 👏👏👏
I swear I almost cried at 0:28
Absolutely the best! Those drumstick twirling and poses you do when the music breaks are absolutely wonderful and amazing. I see why Michael loved to have you as his drummer. Happy birthday today to the greatest to ever touch the stage Michael Jackson. And thank you Jonathan for keeping his music in his legacy alive and always being a real friend to Michael.
5:05 damn Michael is just amazing. The dance is incredible, no one can replace his moves💃🕺💃🕺💃
1:30 that move awesome same as on his Drumeo video
I deeply admired MJ for his great legend impact husky voice super talented humble celebrity
Keeping making Video's Jon. You are so fun to watch play. Keep building your audience here on UA-cam. This is another beginning for you!
The smile on Johnathan's face says it all
I was blessed enough to see Michael preform live, twice! The first time was the Dangerous Tour in 1992 Stockholm, Sweden. The second time was the HIStory Tour in 1997 Göteborg, Sweden. I believe one of the strongest elements that can be heard is the drums. And Michael dances and moves to that specific frequency. And much of Michael´s performance is thanks to Jonathan´s magic. Thank you Jonathan, you are truly an amazing drummer. Wherever you are, i send you love, peace and blessings.
I think we don't realize the work of the band, especially if it's Michael Jackson who is on stage, but this is amazing. Great job, congratulations.
To perform with the greatest of all time you gotta be this level of great too 🔥
Looks like I'll be watching this whole concert through sugarfoots cam 😁
The voice, the moves, MJ had it all.
The voice is mostly studio recording though. you can easily check this by shazaming: your phone will say 'Beat it' when its the recording and 'no result found'when it's a life part. MJ always did some singing and some lip syncing on his tours , especially the major dance numbers, it was not possible to both sing and dance for 2 hours with that intensity. but he would sing the slower ballad when possible. .
Yeah but at history tour beat it is lip sync!!
La cara de felicidad mientras toca no tiene precio.. Viendo a MJ en vivo cualquiera!!!
the timing is 🔥 thank u Jonathan Moffett! 🤘
The professionalism is insane. Michael trusts this musicians 100%--the never mess up.It's like watching a drum machine. Perfecting. Only one word Wow From Bangladesh salute to boss 🇧🇩🤘👌🇧🇩😍
A star never dies !
Love history 🙏👑🎶Michael our history forever and ever
Remember seeing this concert on VHS as my sister recorded it from the TV live in 1996, I would've never imagined to have the pleasure 20 years later to seeing this recordings, simply amazing! Brings back so much memories 😪 much love! ✌️
IM ONLY AND I REALLY FEEL THE NOSTALGIA SO HARD
Legend 👏👏
Oh my god finally a 'drummer glory moment' you're fire Jonathan ! And, Michael, the fact that we can see a little of michael moving on the drum's camera sometimes, makes it even more realistic, like someone as incredibly amazing as Michael Jackson really lived, people could touch him, he touched people. Omg omg
The man is a machine....the metronome was invented by him
Thank you Sir. From the Heart
6:45 look round the bottom left while Jonathan is playing
Mj headbangin'😁
nothing, its too blurry
@@lincthomas7178 we can see Michael jumping
