- Let's see which characters can summon Arsene (while Joker is using Rebel's Guard) with just one move. Moves that hit multiple times (like Zelda's FSmash) are allowed as long as the hits connect automatically without further player input.

Since Joker's Rebellion Gauge charges over time, we went to Training Mode and restarted every time before using a move. The automatic charge is kept to a minimum that way.
Echo fighters that couldn't do something different were left out to save time.

@@pixellego4773 Well no, he's talking about the about the amount of damage that Joker receives during his counter. You would need to deal 11% damage to him with his counter to trigger Arsene, which is equal to 22% damage normally
@@p.v.7269 Luigi with his up b does 30% (normally) and he failled \_(•_•)_/
Perv Umbreon Joker takes only 1/3 of recieved damage while his Counter is active. So an attack would normally need to deal about 30-33%, either way there are very few moves that deal the needed damage to summon Arsene.

Also, if Joker can use Arsene for this testing, Cloud should be allowed to use limit break too.

Just tested, it yes it does 12.4 damage to jocker, which triggers arsen. The max for damage wise to trigger arsen, without it charging over time is 11 damage. Happy to help ^_^
And yes I did counter and it triggerd arsen as well.
Can someone try joket without Arsene also?
He couldnt cause due to jokers arsene getting greater over time and you have to charge limit for a long time so it wouldnt be fair to all other fighters

If I'm not wrong, I think to summon Joker's Persona in one hit is if a fighter can deal at least 11% of damage.
More accurately 22%, since rebel's guard reduces the damage dealt.. or 33%, not sure the amount of reduction.

For most characters, use F smash instead of Up smash.

when joker does the summons/return Arsene cutscene, joker is invincible during that time.
