I didn’t even know Squirtle’s shell was breakable.
By conveniental means it's unbreakable there are only certain moves that put him in hit stun that aren't command grabs or burries. Only thing that legit breaks through his shell is fox down b squirtle's up b charizard Netural B,arc fire and pk fire. Ridley who's actually the only one who legit breaks through it.

And the only attack from clouds limit that you didn't try was the one that would make the most sense to work since it's a multihit projectile...

Did you try Cloud’s Neutral B, as well Mii Brawler’s first Side B (Onslaught) and third Down B (Backdrop)? I think the strong multihit functions of these moves. Plus from what I’m aware of, those Mii Brawler moves I mentioned aren’t conventional grabs, but are commend grabs like Ganondorf’s

But it isn't.
It can easily be blocked, doesnt do much damage, only does set knockback, and it outright loses to command grabs, paralyzing moves, and burying moves.
Not to mention if you hit Squirtle hard enough while he's in there, he'll be sent flying to the other side of the blast zone.
You do realise if you literally jump on him while he’s doing this he becomes fully stunned on his back. It’s basically a shield break.
Yes I'm aware Frank and James, but do you realize, if you're about to use an OHKO, all Squirtle has to do is use side b and it'll negate it?

Probably, but he didn't show it because charizard doesn't have a command grab like him
Technically the fire doesn't break through the shell. What happens is that it stops the movement therefore making squirtle come out of it but you can notice he only his damaged after coming out of it's shell which takes about 2 hits of the fire to make it stop.

basically attacks that have more properties than just damage and knockback e.g. command grab, bury, stun etc.

You say conventional grabs are not allowed, but Lucario clearly grabbed Squirtle. And if we follow that logic, ANYONE can beat out Squirtle's shell
