- first-party (adj.) - Of products, created or published by the company responsible for the platform on which it is released (or its internal developers), as opposed to third-party.
Over the last three decades, Sony has published some of the best games ever made on their platforms. Also some of the worst, some of the weirdest, and some of the most unexpected. This is the first part in an indefinitely-long-running series where I'm going to be looking at every game they've ever published, starting with the 29 games bearing their label that released in 1994 and 1995.*
according to Western release dates unless Japan exclusive (basically I haven't missed anything, I'll just get to it another time)
Excellent video. Ridge Racer, Jumping Flash and Twisted Metal are still fun. Back in 95 I preferred playing my cousin's Saturn because they had Virtua Fighter 2 and Panzer Dragoon! Once Tekken 2 and Crash came along I was all in on Playstation.
Such a simpler more fun time in life.
Great vid! Brought back so many good memories.
Yoshi Hophead. And I thought Crash wanted to be Nintendo since his game was full of question mark blocks that reveal hidden items when you strike them.
I have never owned a console. I recently started playing games on enulator and got my ass handed to me by castlevania- symphony of the night. Any suggestions which are easier than this??😅
If you have those first generation big game boxes now you can get a pretty penny for them in Akihabara here as they are a novelty😅
It's always nice to see more videos about my favorite console in the recent years
So, you wanna make it into a series? Please say yes, I'll subscribe
That's the plan! It's going to take a long time to make more of these but I will do eventually
This rules
Good vid looking forward to the rest of the series
