So cute! I have had this subscription before and my daughter has also tried the kids version… which sometimes has cooler stickers, a real blast from the past! But I have too many stickers now so stop tempting me! 😂😂😂
I definitely need to start doing unhauls or whatever they're called, my stickers drawer is so full that I can't close it all the way haha. I think the quality of Pipsticks is great!
@@stationery.shenanigans there are always great deals and always new sticker designs but yeah, I need to use them rather than just admire 😂 I like the unhaul idea! Maybe like sorting to donate or give away?!
Fun!! I did Pipsticks back in 2017-18. I see they improved their outer mailer-- it used to be sent in a very thin paper envelope (which didn't fare well in the postal system due to the heavier sticker pouch inside). I also had a couple of delivery issues but CS was easy to work with. I remained a subscriber far longer than I should have because: it's simply impossible to not experience a major mood boost on the day it arrives!! I had 0 complaints with the quality/variety of stickers I received, I just started having storage issues as I was also buying stickers elsewhere and was getting too precious about it all/hoarding a little. I always struggle to have the 'discipline' to try and actually *use* an art/office supply at the same rate I acquire it. Have a blast, post your haul next month!
YES that is a great way of putting it!! A mood booster! I honestly wasn't thinking about it too much because it had been a few days since I received their email and I sort of forget about it, but when I opened the mailbox and saw the holographic packaging, I felt excited haha. I completely understand the precious/hoarding factor, I'm afraid I have that all across the stationery board and need to improve the situation. I want to make a video about actually using your good stuff instead of saving it, I'm just not sure how I would go about doing that. Let me know if there's anything you want to see! Thanks for commenting and watching!
I love my Stikii club sticker subscription so I get the excitement of finding a cool envelope in my mailbox once a month that is NOT A BILL or junk! HA! I find them quite useful because I not only am a planner enthusiast but also a rabid journaler and a seasoned veteran pen-paller so they never go to waste!!
I got that kit last month , at first I was not thrilled but going back through them I think some of them are really cute. Looking forward to my next one.
I think sometimes the bright colors can be offputting when looking at them all at once, but I still think their designs and quality are better than a lot of others (and at a decent price point too :D) Thanks for watching!
Such a fun kit! I canceled most of my sub boxes just because I was spending A LOT of money. Now I just get the Jane's Agenda box as I'm an affiliate and that's the best way to showcase their product each month.
I can see how the cost would easily add up! I have a feeling that subscriptions would be too much for me because I can barely keep up as it is LOL thanks for watching!
Love their sticker quality and designs. I just unsubscribed after 1.5 yrs because I'm not fond of the business practices. They seem greedy to me. They are starting to reprint and reformat designs and re-sell them. I like novelty and having fresh new designs (which is probably hard to keep up with). They have shipping issues like no other. I've subscribed to other brands like stickiiclub and four bears and never had any shipping issues. It was a hard decision to unsubscribe because this company reignited my love for stickers but I'm over it.
I recently unsubscribed really because I now have too many stickers lol. I understand what you're saying, I think a lot of businesses keep relying on the subscription model but it's unsustainable. Everything will become outdated and boring to the customers, so I guess their goal is to just get new customers. Kind of like how cell phone companies offer free items or rewards to new customers, but just raise prices for current customers like we aren't important to them. I'm pretty sure their stickers are made in China which brings up ethical issues - I wonder how much they are paying designers and producers...

These look so much fun.
Normally I don't know if I would like subscriptions because I like to know what I'm getting haha
Oh those are lovely! I had those fruit pencils too! Lots of fun memories there! :D
I wonder if kids today even use them! I remember they were the coolest thing to get :D
