I have seen quite a few people riding these around my city. Was wondering what the craze was all about but after watching this video I get the hype! Thinking about getting one for my mom.Thanks guys!
I received my Magicycle step-through this week (March 31, 2022). Yesterday I watched your assembly video from fender to fender. You did SUCH a nice job of explaining how to build the bike. I really enjoyed your thorough and fun-friendly approach. Last night after work I put mine together just using your tips. It went together so smoothly. The only thing I did differently was to remove the front bike light from its bracket in order to attach it and the front fender to the frame. The light was blocking the pathway. Unfortunately, my battery came damaged in shipping. The charging port was pushed inside the housing so I can't charge the battery. I contacted the company last night about that and I'm sure they will make this right. They are very responsive to e-mails. I was still able to take the bike for an initial test run and just love it. I'm an avid biker and ride two very old, but excellent Schwinn bicycles (a one-speed cruiser - their 1995 100th anniversary bike, and a 1981 LeTour Tourist 10-speed). I put on around 700 to 800 miles/year. As I approach my 65th year I'm looking forward to some assist that an e-bike provides! Your video was SO helpful. Thank you. My wife and I will be doing a product review video on our "Under the Median" channel sometime in May on this bike. I will refer them to your video for assembly instructions. Your video on this is the best one out there!
Thanks so much! So sorry to hear about your battery. Ours actually fell out of its cardboard box during shipping but wasn't damaged. They're now aware of this situation. And yes, their support is INCREDIBLE. Very responsive and helpful. Here's looking for a fun-filled adventure in your 65th year and beyond! We'll sub to Under The Media as well.

She e-mailed them Friday night (April 1st) about the damaged battery and they had responded by Saturday morning indicating that they were already sending out a replacement. Good service is everything. Very impressed. I still managed to take the bike out for a 10 mile ride yesterday with the remaining charge -- up to the Illinois River overlook drive. I attached my GoPro to the helmet and made a short video which I put on my channel. Love, love, love this bike. It's got power! Reminds me more of an electric motorcycle than a bike. I played for Hope (my wife) a couple of your videos and she really enjoyed them as well. Thank you for the sub! We'll be watching more of your channel. Happy riding.

i received this bike on may the 7th was damaged in shipping , today is 6/16/22 support still has not sent the parts , if you receive a damaged bike send it back! support is horrible!
@@FreshandFelicia would that be mel , kiki and momo , i have contacted all three , all have lied and never done anything , they said for all my trouble the want to send me a drink holder ! woohoo.... can you guess if i received it ? maybe it will be in the part box . i have repaired the bike at my expense and my time , just want to inform people the bike is great but if you need parts good luck ! alot of youtubers get sent free bikes to review and all give great reviews on the bike but here is my review of the support team , they SUCK and no one paid me or gave me anything free to say that !

Yikes! There's a Facebook group that three employees monitor actively. Check that out and comment there. They're pretty responsive.
