Great short practical to the point video 👍 I bought the biggest bike poncho I could find earlier last year. (I'm 6'7"). It's actually clear/transparent. I can let it hang over my lights on the handlebars and they are still effective and my hi-vis vest is still hi-vis underneath day or night. I still will obviously sweat more with it although less than with other rain gear. Although as you said, it does add considerably to your wind resistance especially if you're riding into a strong headwind. But I mostly cycle for practical utilitarian reasons as in the Dutch style rather than for performance. I liked your comment to someone else to not worry about other people and to be your own trendsetter. Lead the way and hopefully other people will follow. Also hopefully on bikes 😜

You are a trendsetter, not a follower. 💪 People are more curious then you think. Take their looks as being looks of curiosity. They are not judging you. I bet others will soon follow your example. Rock that poncho on your bike and enjoy a dry ride. I even put it on in the mornings cycling to work when it is not even raining but jus a bit cold. Because the poncho doesn't let wind through, I am warmer without sweating. And when I go back in the evening, I just pack the poncho away in my bag. Have fun.

They are a short con outfit in the business of collecting money for orders, not shipping anything, and then stonewalling these customer who paid for them in good faith they would be shipped at some point, or at least that they would receive an update on their order after they inquire about it.
Hello, there is a lot of amateurs on UA-cam that give the People Poncho good reviews. They know nothing of riding in the rain. This poncho is crap and the true name of this Indian company is Adinath Cotton and the synthetic spinners.

Thanks for the feedback. Oddly though I’m still using it three years later without any complaints. But I’m sure it’s crap if you say so.
