I flew Hawaiian Airlines to Honolulu from LAX back in '13. Can't remember what aircraft it was. But the service was absolutely impeccable! And had the Hawaiian mood lighting/music! Phenomenal experience! 😊🤙
The new aircraft is game changer for Hawaiian, but I really wished they installed a dedicated premium economy section with recliner style seats. That would really set it apart from other US carriers flying domestic wide body to Hawaii.
Nice video. Very impressive to see the Hawaiian Airlines 787. Also, Nice catch of the American 777-223 N797AN as NFL Charter Flight AA9749 for the Los Angeles Rams.
Great video! I flew on that same plane just a few weeks ago. Can't wait to see the 787's flying to Japan (hopefully) I also rode the Waymo to the airport and it was fantastic because I didn't have to talk or tip anyone 😂🤙
I've flown on Hawaiian Airlines a number of times, the last time was in October of 2014, back then Hawaiian had the Boeing 767-300 in their fleet, the flight went from Phoenix to Honolulu, then from Honolulu to Kauai on an MD-83/Boeing 717. I'm gonna have to book another flight to Maui in the near future. 👍
We just got back from the Big Island. Flew Hawaiian on their Airbus 321 Nelo to and from (from Portland, OR to Kona). We paid for the extra comfort seats. There is no "in seat" entertainment but they now have Starlink available so many people were using their personal devices to stream programming or music. The flight times are around 5.5 hours. Extra comfort provides more legroom but the seats themselves are not very comfortable. They do serve an in-flight sandwich but the sandwich on the return trip was terrible. Luckily, we had some snack foods with us. Our market doesn't have the wide-body planes (which I miss).
Unfortunately my schedule changed so I had to cancel that flight and rebook it with United Airlines with the routing PHX-SFO-FRA-BLR, I have already posted the first two flights with the FRA-BLR coming soon
0:19 (Smurfs: Blue cheese! Blue cheese! Blue cheese! Blue cheese!) 0:20 Smurfbubbles: HENRY! 0:19 Daisy: Blossom! 0:20 Blossom: Daisy take care! And you too Brainy! And you smurfette! 0:21 Henry Smurf: Are you coming? 0:23 Blossom: Coming..... Bye. Bye. 0:24 (Smurfs saying blue cheese)
0:24 Henry Smurf felt pride he is only one who save the smurfs. And Storm felt....Hungry mostly she was going to be this Cake. And blossom..was to frightened about long journey ahead. 0:25 Henry: Come on. Blossom. Everything gonna be okay. Let's go and human companion okay? 0:26 Blossom: Okay. Let's go! Henry: That's I like to hear! Lets move! 0:28 and there off....Off to find the Human companion.
I see they are still serving that nasty egg “sandwich” thing on this route. I really wish they would either serve nothing or something better quality. That’s a nearly 7 hour flight. I’m not sure if I’m glad this plane is an upgrade for economy flights from PHX…I really enjoyed the mini cabin experience in the airbus…row 11 was amazing!
Please, I beg of you start narrating your videos. You don’t leave all of all enough for people to read them and watch the video too so we would appreciate narration. Thank you.
All Extra Comfort seats on the 787, A321 & A330 have individual power outlets. I don’t think the set was an extra comfort seat. And that’s a silly reason to say anything about the acquisition by Alaska.

Nicely done mate 👌

Delta DOES offer Premium Economy on many, if not most, of their wide bodies to Hawaii.
Nice video

I love the a321 neo was in seat 16J extra comfort exit row with no seat in front of me was amazing!
wow that's an exhausting trip
awesome video
I’ve been to Hawaii twice when I stayed at ko olina then aulani
How was the turbulence if any from and back?
Waiting for HA to put the Dreamliner on the Tokyo route. Still only LAX & PHX. The delivery delays are evident.
Crews are still adjusting to the new plane before they deploy them to HA’s longest routes.
it's SFO to Honolulu as well
Hello
I have a question
Do you know a release date of the American Airlines Boeing 777-300ER JFK-DEL trip report?
BTW nice video
Unfortunately my schedule changed so I had to cancel that flight and rebook it with United Airlines with the routing PHX-SFO-FRA-BLR, I have already posted the first two flights with the FRA-BLR coming soon

I think most aircraft have been refit to the 6000ft pressure setting. I don't hurt near as much as I used to after a flight.
So you were going on it that day I was in Cali for a Disneyland at the time it wasn’t in AZ

Did you sleep on the plane, if so, how many hours?
Zero
Hello,@@GlobalAviationTravel,Also
I have another question
Would you try American Airlines new Future long haul Route (Dallas To Brisbane)
Oh you watch movie, okay.
Unfortunately, I don’t think you were in an Extra Comfort Seat. You would have had a power outlet at your seat.
Uh, didn't you mean the average age of those B787-9s is MONTHS, not years? They've literally just taken delivery of them this year.
Hawaiians first 787 was delivered quite late, when delivered the plane was already a few years old and was just sitting around
Ordering 787s with neither Premium Economy nor electric outlets? No wonder they sold to Alaska.
Hawaii and Alaska merger like other airlines.
Please, I beg of you start narrating your videos. You don’t leave all of all enough for people to read them and watch the video too so we would appreciate narration. Thank you.
Just read lazy.
@@Just2Brothershl1314 took me more than 30 mins to watch this as i was doing research at the same time. its anti lazy lol
14:38 They definitely mislabeled that "sandwich." I'm guessing it was turkey sausage and...possibly yellow Swiss cheese?
Ya my guess is it’s supposed to say sausage, cheese and egg Sandwich
5:30, Only economy plus have universal power outlet, but not in regular economy class unfortunately.
All Extra Comfort seats on the 787, A321 & A330 have individual power outlets. I don’t think the set was an extra comfort seat. And that’s a silly reason to say anything about the acquisition by Alaska.
