Same with me. It won’t charge my iPhone 15. The battery will deplete but doesn’t add any additional juice to my phone.
Mine work fine I have 5000 and 10,000 mah. iPhone 14 pro max. No issues it just does instruct that you do full cycle charges and depletions to get the battery percentage reading correct. 5000 mah really will only charge iPhones 4500 mah battery to 45 percent. So maybe the listed capacity is not the truth. It’s prob a 2,000 at best
It’s just 22.5 watts speed of charging sitting with an 5000 or 10000 mah battery. Wireless charging maxes out at 15w at best and wired charging achieves the 22.5 watts speeds. Depending on phones acceptable charging speed and quality of cable
No mag safe on mine. Even tho the box says there is and the ad stated it when buying. Junk.
This product is trash DO NOT PURCHASE it doesn’t work. With batter pack at a full charge 100% it only charged my I phone 25%. This battery bank product is junk not worth $.99
