3. Tap on "play audio tone instead of disclaimer"

It is a setting option called record unknown callers automatically you can turn of it in settings.

you can also remove it using some mods/adb tricks where you actually cannot "REMOVE" it but instead it changes the "LANGUAGE" of the assitant to "SILENT" so it technically is still turned on but you cannot hear it and it also doesn't get recorded.
I would really appreciate if you could explain how to do this.

The worst feature in samsung dailer is that you can't record calls when you enable Wi-Fi Calling. In my daily life I rely heavily on Wi-Fi Calling as the signal reception in my area is bad. Being such a big brand, I don't know why they couldn't do it.

Bro there is an another option in Motorola and Google pixel goto dialer settings and then click on call recording option then you see an option "Play audio tune instead of disclaimer" select it, it will ring one's tune no one can understand what's happening. 😅😅

There is a trick which replace Google Text to Speech Service hence removes this announcement
It doesn't work anymore I think
There used to be trick/bug and was enabled by a app called TTS LEXX, what this app did was basically run a script on the text to speech program on the phone and configured it in such a way that the text to speech on the phone became so high pitched and low in volume that it could not be heard when you pressed the record button (it silenced the text to speech bot). But now with the new update google has removed the bug that enabled it and there is no way to bypass this in phones anymore as of now , in future the developer might try to find new bugs and enable this glitch again but idk. Life is sad with recording announcement at the moment

The call recording announcement has been made mandatory on all phones launched since mid 2022 by the Govt of India. All Android manufacturers should abide by it I guess,

Changing default dailer and calling app..in settings clears it right?..Playstore has tons of dailers(Truecaller,drupe..etc..)

You could speed up the voice and increase the pitch to make it fast and un recognisable.
Indian government should impose law to make google dialer as default and make it impossible to install shady Chinese dailers that can record xalls without other person’s consent. Who knows how that data can get leaked to china.
