You must have someone where they big paycheck when you run a 71KW strip that’s a lot of amps I couldn’t afford to pay the bill one time alone all through the winter but I think it’s the biggest KWI I’ve ever heard of so I hope someone stays warm during the winter From Tallahassee, Fred
That 71KW is probably delivered capacity. So with a COP of 5 it should draw 14,2kW from the grid. And Australian winter temps aren't too drastic so it probably is still doing a COP of 3 on the colder days in heating.
It is so nice to see neat electrical panel for a change. Don't know why but the US manufacturers cannot produced a clean electrical panel, wires hanging everywhere, not using good quality switchgear. Them PVC cable management trays are not that expensive. Saw one video where they are using 2 pole contactor for a 3 phase load and keep 1 phase connected at all time.
Most of the units I come across have a similar setup for the wires. It’s a lot nicer until someone starts yanking out wires and not putting them back. Turns in to a shit show very quickly 😂
Hey AC man that’s a lot of metal sheet metal or the ductwork. I seen some big equipment before with a lot more compressions than three. I’ve seen them with four and five compressors and one unit but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one with that much for the heat 71 KW.
It’s MeasureQuick. It’s a good app to display all the readings. I usually swap between the testo app and MQ. My Testo Probes are the 115i clamps, 549i pressure probes and the 605i air probes.

The above explanation is spot on 👌

Hey mate what app are you using for pressures and temps? And what testo fittings ?

@@hvacraustralia thankyou can the probe also act as a vacuum stat
No unfortunately. That’s a seperate probe. 552i
