4:25 LPI and ECCM are fully implemented and useful in game!!! ECCM is not for being less detected, but to avoid getting flyups due to jamming LPI is for being less detected Source : I’m the developer 😅
Well there have already been updates so it’s probably fixed. Or I’m just misremembering. I made the video a few weeks back so I don’t recall specifics. Once I make these I flush it from my brain lol.
Great video with all the information to get started. For anyone interested in the technical workings of this system, there is a video about it's predecessor on the F-111 on Periscope films (TF-6746). IT also explains why the display and the reference lines are shaped that way.
The 15E is fast becoming my favorite aircraft. I brought it when it first came out but just started learning it this week. Wow its so stable, kinda also feels like flying a truck compared to the F18 and the F16. I love your training videos please keep it up they are very informative
You know who's the unsung heroes of all these planes and helicopters, the freaking software engineering dudes, good Lord, imagine the brains on the people who for instance programmed everything on the Apache. Man if I was that smart I'd have a headache all day from my brain being that overclocked. That's "bending spoons with the force" levels of smart. I got drunk with a missile engineer at Denel South Africa once guy was insanely clever.
I like the Harrier, but even after the cockpit retexture, I feel like it just never quite compared to the DCS offerings, even the slightly older Hornet now. But I feel like Razbam really nailed the same look with the F-15E. I may have to pick this thing up someday...after I learn the F-16, and the rest of the Apache...and the Hind...and everything else.
Awesome video! I gave the TFR a shot and it’s pretty damn cool! Your videos do such a great job getting us the needed info to get in the sky and use it all.
Thank you . This is a great Video. If there is something on the f15 i search for your videos. I like your combat ready series and hop to See it for the F4 as well. Its a great way to lern
Is it the same system or series issued to the B2 B OR Am I thinking different? both air frames and avionics thru Grumman came out around the same tine. just off the top my mind. might be wrong.
Autopilot is latching fine for me, but you need to be aware of the normal autopilot turn limitations with your waypoint spacing. Put a bunch of hard turns 5 miles apart and you will end up with the TFR doing a fly up GCAS
Great video! The Strike Eagle is the main reason why I started with DCS in March'23 - I saw Razbams first Trailer. My first contact with this great Jet was 1986 on my 8bit Atari with Microprose's F-15 Strike Eagle - hardly indexed because Lybia-Missions. Actually I have 250+h in the Viper, 150+h in the F-15C, 100+h in the Apache (thanks for your great Apache-Videos!!!) und exactly 12h in the Hornet. Mudhen? 50+h - I think it's about time to pick this great Jet and guard the sky. (Edit: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F-15_Strike_Eagle_(video_game) )
hey, do any of you know if it's possible to slave the TGP (lantirn) to A/A radar contacts and how? I get the feeling that it should be a thing but, hey what do I know. cheers
Everyone else has done this video, honestly you a bit late to the party. How about you tell us why the Kiowa hasn't been released yet and does it suck?
He's not a developer with Polychop. It's better that they take their time and get things right, rather than push it out quick to appease a bunch of goobers who are always going to piss and moan anyway. If you're excited enough to make a goofy comment like this, then surely you'll want the module to be done right, and not just done fast.
@CasmoTV hey man, the silent majority appreciate your content and insight you bring to the community. Please don't let a few idiots ruin your spirit in that regard. 🙏

Well the manual at the time I made the video said it wasn’t in use as I recall but I’ll pin this so people know what’s what.

the Streagle and the AV-8B are the only MFD'd aircraft I'd maybe like to get.
Nice. Seems fairly similar to the f16 at least in the mfd
Yes, it also has mfd's lol
@@therocinante3443 I mean the TFR seeing as this is a video about that
nice to have you back dude! u hyped for the F4 Phantom or is it not ur thing?
