@ No, there are groups of strangers that meet at a restaurant for dinner to simply chit chat. It’s for singles. Some people choose restaurants that offer “family style” dining.
I really appreciate your video today! Thank You! Im in Arl across the bridge so the fact that you are nearby in DC is added inspiration! Thanks again, I needed this reminder!
I’ve lived in the DMV my entire life and I’ve learned these mfs do not live in reality with their big bank accounts and their pensions and 401k’s and politics. I HATE this place everyone is fake and soft as a pillow and quick to judge based on what you do for a living. This is a very expensive place to live with ZERO to offer for what you pay. I’m leaving asap even I go broke
I live in PG County and have been in the DMV area for 27 years.. I have to admit, the brotha Corey has quite a few valid points.. Corey, if you have a car I recommend checking out places like Howard County, the Baltimore County/City area for dating.. The women are definitely more approachable and less entitled.. Most of the women I've dated over the last 10 years live in that area..
@@CanoncoreyIt's not only you there is a loneliness epidemic happening across the country. You just need to distract yourself from it through exercise, travel, meditation reading books, and excreta. Try to learn a new language or try things outside of your comfort zone.
I don't understand people; why would you let yourself feel depressed due to the environment because you want to remain detached constantly to the same aria? The world is a large place with many different countries and cultures to learn from. Move out; get to enjoy the rest of the world, man. Find the best place that suits you. 'Is not even a point to talk about'.
You would be surprised at how your environment hasn’t affect on your mood. When the days get shorter and it gets colder outside. Everyone tends to stay inside and it’s easy to fall into depression, especially if you are a social person.
Have you heard of that concept called dining with strangers? I wonder if you should do something like that for the people in the DMV.
You mean like sitting at a bar?

It's not just DC it's depressing everywhere bc we are living in the last days of this lifetime
You're right and It's so thick you can just feel it everywhere you go.

It's all love on my end! I definitely want to create link up for everyone soon. I know the holidays can get tough.

@@Phil-j7t people from NYC hate DC because of how fake they are.
This is definitely a change of scenery for me. I keep hoping things will get better with time, but I don’t know yet.
Is moving back to TX an option bc I see it maybe getting worse especially with Hump back in office
That vitamin d deficiency... And other problems too.
Hopefully those travels will get your spirits back up!

Thanks, I’m just trying to speak on the things that most people don’t want to.
I used to work with a woman that suffered with SAD. It’s an interesting thing. Light is healing. I suggested she get a SAD light. She said it helped.
I never heard of SAD light, That's interesting.
You should go hiking. Spending time outdoors helps with your mental health.
Great tip
