Interesting that you considered the CA18 pistons. I’ve got a dilemma with mine at the moment, I’ve got a KR block bored for 82.5mm pistons and clearanced for a 2.0 crank but was struggling to find pistons which didn’t cost the earth. I’ll have to have a look at the Nissan ones. I did originally wanted to build a rowdy high comp, NA 2.0 using the bits I have but I’m not sure I want to spend a ton of money and end up with 180bhp.
School is in session love it! Is the sump change due to switch to transverse mount? If you were staying 8V what would you do different? would you keep the pistons as is

Ace, don't need more than 250 in a Mk2 and that old school turbo chatter is joy enough

The 200sx pistons give around 10.5:1 i think depending on block deck and head

Yes, also a few other bits need swapping but will be covered in the next video, yes if 8v turbo id leave the pistons as is
Nice idea for project. What about oil squirters and intermediate shaft?
Theres a few bits that will be swapped over like aux shaft, crank pulley and oil pump from 9a/KR, will cover that all in another video
