Always cool when UA-cam suggests a new channel. These transmissions definitely have what I call a 'personality' - they can sometimes shift a bit hard, or hang a bit on 1st to 2nd. Then other times they don't, they'll behave like angels. Should be fine.

Yeah I’ve been driving it for a few days now since i uploaded this and it cleared up by the third day of driving it and it shifts flawless all the time now

You don’t think by just pulling transmission separately would have been the best choice? That seems like a lot of extra work pulling engine also.
