I love coming to this podcast having ZERO idea who the guest is, just to find out that the guest has been involved in so many iconic songs/records. Dope $#!t Storieeeeeeees!
Real music heads/musicians appreciate this cast. Idk how many more would really get it. Maybe people that like Tank and J. But music heads (me) WAIT for these to drop.
I hope Keri Hilson is coming up. I'm interested in hearing more about her songwriting and her transition into an artist. I feel like she has some good stories.
I'm just 24 minutes in and I am captivated. There is nothing like an incredible storyteller. I was all invested in learning about how "YEAH" came to be. I'm telling you. This podcast NEVER EVER disappoints!!! Every single guest adds flavor to the smooth, tasty blend that is Tank and J.Valentine. Okay, let me get back to listening.🤭
Tank & J. Valentine have both worked with Keri Hilson. I’d love to see their interaction as a trio, especially with her being a songwriter & vocal producer before becoming a solo artist
Whew, I don’t know if y’all understand how DOPE this platform is, They are literally interviewing the PEOPLE that “made” the Stars that we listen to, As a Musician I was always intrigued by reading the (Inside)back of CDs to see who did what,(Sung What, Played What) And these Cats are delivering BIG TIME!!
Please understand this episode is getting me through an emotional time. I just lost my sister and the laughs are therapeutic. Thank you guys for contributions to my good and bad days. I love music and I crave the behind the scenes ❤

Mr. J. Que, thank you taking the time to come on the R&B Money Podcast to share such an insightful interview on your life and the iconic records you were behind. This is probably my favorite episode since the Warryn Campbell episode. Songs like Yeah, Ice Box, Like A Boy, Avant's 4 Minutes and Bobby V.'s Anonymous (you didn't discuss the last two in the interview, but I looked up your songwriting discography on Discogs and saw you were apart of them) were some of many great R&B records I remember hearing on the radio as I was coming of age that really deepened my love for the genre. I am also appreciate of your works on more recent records, such as: Beyonce's Best Thing I Never Had, Ariana's Baby I, and Tamar's Where It Hurts.
