Kenny has performed in Kenya. People love him here. Same thing with Tank. When y'all say you're doing a world tour and don't come to Africa, we often just think, It's sad! Coz we love RNB.

This podcast is golden for a singer... how he described Anita hitting that one note and the response to it... that's how singers hear. grow up hearing and trying to hit certain notes as you heard... and recognizing when you're off or worse, can't hit it... respecting the nuances in other's voices...

Love the interviews that really dwell on the artist coming up, finding his/her feet, the struggles and victories....the musicality, the passion, the RNB!!!! This interview gave it all and more. Let's hear from these 80s and 90s artists more please. Lots more to learn and appreciate. That Lucky Daye mention made me holler!

It is wild he mentioned The Emotions! Was literally thinking about how them and The Jones Girls do not get talked about enough and wanting to leave a mention in the comments for them on here. A number of the siblings in each group have passed on and I do not see a whole lot of older performances/interviews available so it would be great to have the surviving member/s on.
