i think your printer should print way better with all the perfect linear rails, and the stringing is also way to much for your cool setup, maybe filament to moiste?, belt loose? But a nice test bye the way, and i like your printer, its realy a frankenstein build ;-)

and i think when you disable Z-lift on move without printing you get much better results
I got better results with z hop / x lift. I think it depends on the stability of your printer
