  • How to make Whipped Cream using Egg White?
    The process is very simple and one can easily make whip cream at home using egg white and powder sugar. It is known as Swiss Meringue Cream. We haven't use unsalted white butter in it.
    Soft peaks are for cake frosting and stiff peaks are used in piping.
    Ingredients for Whip Cream Using Egg White are:
    Egg White [एग वाइट] - 3 pcs
    Sugar Powder [चीनी पाउडर] - 175 gms (1.5 cups)
    Vanilla Essence [वैनिला एसेंस] - 1 tsp (or as per taste)

      Water is only for the water path. Don't add it to the mix

      Keep beating on high speed it ends up thick enough

    Can we substitute powder sugar with any bring else? Sugar makes my anxity worse

      Powdered suger is better. It dissolve faster and better. Granulated suger takes a lot of time and doesn't always dissolve completely

      Use a sugar syrup...I mean make a chashni like thick texture and it will work

      Nope because you have to cook them and so pasteurized eggs are only solution

    Egg yolk mix hone se whipped cream nahi banta kya?

      No, egg yolks have protein, which breaks the air bubbles in the whipped cream. So, if you have too much egg yolk in it, no matter how long you beat it, the egg whites (and yolks) will never turn into whipped cream.
      Keep the bowl clean as possible and avoid oil/butter on it, and try not to add even a speck of yolk!

    Mam...is this really safe to eat.... because we using egg white ....in double boiling method the eggs are really will cook well or not....

      Yes, definitely they are cooked well and it is a method to kill any germs and bacteria in the eggs.

      Depends on the recipe of the cake and what amount of cream and other things are being used. Yeh whip cream ki recipe hai.
