    HINT:
    If you use CLEAR Vanilla... (no color)
    you won't have to use too much Vanilla
    but I love Vanilla...

    You can use clear vanilla extract instead of the carmel colored vanilla.
    This saves you from adding the whitener at the end.
    Also at the end of mixing with the whisk, change out to the paddle on slow
    setting for ten minutes. This will eliminate air bubbles for piping.

    Can this recipe be doubled? Looking to cover a two tier cake and some cupcakes. Does this type of buttercream work well for flowers? Usually use stiff American for roses etc

      Why? Though margarine does taste like unsalted butter but,
      nothing beats sweet cream butter. It does cost so much.
