I can build muscle quickly but also can put fat on fast too, so it was wicked to hear a man mountain like yourself say you're the same! Its inspiring! I'm also loving how you do your food too. And the fact you don't eat oats. I tried to swallow down a big bowl of snot-looking porridge each morning because everyone at the gym said I had to. But it just left me feeling sick man. Also rocking the chilli too! Bloody love chilli man. I'm just starting out again and trying to shift a load of weight ive put on after totally letting myself go when I found out I have fibromyalgia, but im taking some real inspiration from you buddy! This just goes to show that to truly master dieting, you have to learn to prepare your meals in a way that's accommodating to your liking, while also being able reach your personal goals. In other words, find healthy meals and put your own twists on them so you can stick to the diet. Thanks for the video man.

You might want to think about the amount of single use plastic you use in your shopping. It's a slight inconvenience, but very easy to bring your own bags and toss produce into them. Every little bit helps. Just a thought. Thx for the content.

I noticed you use a plastic paddle while you cook. I red that by doing so some plastic might end up in the food on a molecular level. You could replace the paddle with a wooden or an iron one.
