very important hack for Chris-Regarding weighing food-here is an accurate way-Example-300g raw rice=240g carbs, I cook the rice and let it cool for like 6 hrs as the weight will vary from hot to cold, so I let it cool. I weigh the cooled cook rice, weight is say 1000 grams. I now know that 1000g cooked rice equals 240g carbs and I put them all in the same toppa ware. So, if you want 20g carbs, 30g carbs, 50g carbs, all you have to do is use high school maths. if 1000g cooked rice equals 240g carbs then 30g carbs is (30 X 1000) divided by 240 and that is equals 125g cooked rice! easy!!!!
