Celeste is probably one of my favorite platformers ever. It's difficult enough to challenge you but is still very forgiving with a really customizable Assist Mode if you're having trouble. It never berates you for losing and encourages that it's just part of learning more about what to do. Not to mention how heartwarming the entire story is and the topics it covers. It's all very sweet and how they mix story, metaphor, and gameplay together is fantastic.
As for the indoors setting in Pikmin, I think it's actually a really fun and refreshing idea! You can tell the devs enjoyed creating the level design for Hero's Hideaway. It's a bit strange how it contradicts the idea that humans abandoned or died out a long time ago since everything else seems fairly maintained but I think it's fine. I like how it isn't overdone though, the nature areas still take up most of the game and so the one indoors level is a fun way to freshen things up and make it stand out. I wouldn't be a fan if an entire Pikmin game was indoors since that takes away the wild nature aspect of it but I doubt that will ever happen.

A Hat In Time, is a pretty good… plat-former | Second Question: same I also think it’s neat having an inside area in a Pikmin game, and it makes you wonder how the characters feel looking at these structures do you know what I mean?… anyway have a good day!
My favorite platformers tend to be Metroidvanias.
Hollow Knight might be the best in that genre, so I've got some pretty unrealistic expectations for Silksong. There are SO many great ones though... Astalon, Axiom Verge, Blasphemous, Blue Fire, Alwa's, Infernax, etc...
Tinykin combines a lot of platforming elements with being a Pikmin-like, which is quite a good combination. Pikmin 4 added some platforming elements, but Tinykin's levels get really vertical. You have so much mobility in that game.
Snake Pass is also interesting for a platformer. It's a collection platformer, but the way you platform is just completely different. You're a snake, so to move faster you need to zig-zag (to slither) and you can't jump so to move upwards you need to lift your head and wrap around things. The limitations create a fun challenge.
Super Mario Odyssey is probably my favorite collection platformer though. For "reach the end of the level" style platformers, I'd probably go with Sonic Mania.
As for your other question, I really like Hero's Hideaway. I've wanted something indoor like that since Pikmin 1. If you want more indoor Pikmin-like levels, check out Tinykin.

Oatchi is only able to get though the Dirt a holes his size and that hole is just smaller than him,but Moss is still definitely bigger than Oatchi
Also you can flip a Snootwacker by using Bomb rocks or other explosives

The reason the Pikmin didn't take the IR back to the base because they literally can't; there's no hole and only a fan to return there.
Also, the Snootwhacker (melon guy) can be flipped with any explosive. Kinda cryptic.

You have no idea how hard it has become for me to not give advice in real time after the Pikmin 3 streams...
1) The pikmin went to the base in the kitchen because they couldn't bring the part back to where the ship was originally.
2) If your dog is not an option, you can use a lightning shock to flip over the miniature snootwhackers.
3) Your pikmin weren't responding to the idler's alert because they were busy fighting the snootwhacker.
4) I think I've mentioned this before, but rush is the fastest way to get around, even factoring in the sudden stop.
You probably won't be putting any of this in a video for a while, but I felt I should put it here anyway. You asked for advice, and I will provide it.

The funny thing is, I actulley at this moment in time of typing this need to catch-up on the LP. (I need to watch from Episode 24 to here.). Because I have end up falling behind (You know, life/my ADHD get me easily distracted.). So I have not fully watched this Video yet. Just saw this and wanted to clarify real quick! I more or less sorted the Kipkip Q&A questions in alphabetical order in terms of my narration (with the exception of lumping the several "why did you join the Rescue Corps" ones together). "Would you" slid to the bottom of the list as the opening words for your question. It was nothing personal, I assure you -- just the nature of the shuffle. 😅 I hope that makes sense!
