    As a retired chef may I make a suggestion about the burger meat. The next time to hurry up the cooking and to make it cook evenly, This may sound silly but use your finger to punch a hole through the middle so it looks like a doughnut with about a 1/2 inch hole. Why? By doing so you will get an even cook from the top, bottom, sides AND center out! WE used this for many year in my restaurant to make hamburger steaks and swiss steaks. Don't worry about the hole as the meat will shrink while cooking the hole will seal up and you will never know it is there. It is a simple and quick way to cook a burger and they will come out done like you like them every time. Thanks for the Videos

    • @davidvincent1093
      @davidvincent1093 9 місяців тому +3

      I t does really work especially if you have a thicker burger like a 1/3 pound or more. It is simple because the hole in the middle allows the cooking to come from inside and the outside. Thanks for your reply and feel free to take the idea and try it ...and of course take credit for it yourself as your invention

      @@yumikarasu8171 They are most likely not pasteurized in Japan, where they are in the US. When eggs are naturally laid they have a coating on them that prevents air/bacteria from getting inside the shell. They also last quite a bit longer. Once you wash them that coating is gone. Which is why there is a higher risk of food poisoning in US eggs (although it is still a fairly small risk contrary to popular belief). My family has their own chickens we raise and the quality is exceptionally better than regular store bought US egg. If you can find access to farm eggs I highly recommend it.
