Honestly? Simplifying the bandits actually makes them more interesting in a way, because balancing power is much easier if everything is simplier. Instead of having 1 definitively decided choice in 99% of builds, now we have 3 decent (albeit small) stat boosts that all have their own merits. Not everything has to be complex or creatively wild - Simplicity often leads to better variety.
Yeah. Loads of builds already take 50 life for 1 point from the mastery. Now you have the choice of making it 90 for 2. Movement speed can be big, too. Alira can free up suffixes. Not huge imo, but it'll probably see some play now at least since it's no longer a 2 point contest. Overally just a great change. Do I kind of wish they would've just put the passive points elsewhere and given the kill all reward something a bit more unique? Sure, but this is still a lot better than it was.
All three are no brainers for ANY build over 1 skill point when you get the choice, later on you might want the skill point but during leveling it makes no sense.
For bandits, I basically only picked 2 passives, but now there's a small amount of thought I might put in. I love move speed, but if I want to use a lot of uniques, or I need suffixes for chaos resist and maybe attributes, Alira might be more useful, especially since I'm SSF. Hopefully more characters feel smoother to play now, cause I love the right side of the tree for the extra move speed you can pick up. Makes characters just feel so much better.

I'm too lazy to respec, and resistances are ez mode for chief so... move speed seems nice, but 40 life seems nicerer. 1 passive for 40life is still a pretty damn good rate.

10000% taking 8% ms before getting the boots for perma adrenaline, i hate feeling slow. and we only need the extra pts when we go for adorned/clusters anyway
Literally the only option by the time you're done campaign was the 2 passive points. Anything else was just throwing character power away. Now there's actual options.

40 Base Life definitely also has its place, too. That's almost a 2nd life mastery worth of life. Can be huge for some builds.

I think ele res and movespeed are good for the first character. But for the second you will always want the life or the extra point

I think i'd be looking into 40 life there. dont care much about ms
I feel like the all res will be good for new players so they don't get blindsided by kitqavas -30 res as hard as they usually do.
