You can’t be serious? Kids are supposed to be 40 pounds or heavier and yours should be in a 3 pt harness. It’s not a recommendation, it’s the law . Age 3 is probably the lowest to safely start these.
Huh??? These are not rear facing seats lol. There's no back support if you put it rear facing? And a child that's rear facing shouldn't be in a booster seat
