I like that your car interior is well lit and I can see everything clear and bright unlike another video that was so dark we couldn’t really see the booster and seatbelt details. Thanks for a great instructional video!
Thank you so much for this video. I knew what the seatbelt shoulder positioner was but didn't know how to attach it or the correct position that it should be in to keep my little one safe. Thanks again for showing us all how it should be done!!
I wouldn’t recommend that as you should only use what came with the car seat. Aftermarket ones have not been crash tested with the seat and we don’t know how the seat would preform in a crash with them. Have kiddo buckle the seat In whenever they get out and it will be safe in a crash. When kiddo is in the seat it’s a non issue since the seatbelt is holding kiddo and seat in place.
A backless booster doesn’t need to be installed. It goes on the seat, your child sits in it and the seatbelt holds both kiddo and seat in. If it doesn’t have lower anchor straps or your don’t have lower anchor hooks then the child needs to buckle the booster seat in every time they get out. So it doesn’t become a projectile if you were to crash.
Sit the booster upright and make sure the arm rests are pushed down until the lick then turn it on its side and make sure you’re putting it in straight. It takes a little elbow grease but shouldn’t be super difficult.

Glad you liked it!!
A bit too lengthy, but I appreciate how thorough you are especially for a child's booster seat.
Thank you

Would you recommend getting anchors for it to clip to the car seat hooks?

What if my car doesnt have the lower anchors that go in between the seats? How can i safely install a backless booster seat?

I cannot get the screws in for the arm rest
