Craig I love the one man naked unpolished videos, they are real and show our struggles as we take on these one man jobs, thank you so much. I recently did just this mounted 6 flourescent 4 foot fixtures and I must say you are so lucky not to have a sheet rocked ceiling like in my workshop with zero crawl space above, lol, I had such a hard time finding joists or rafters to screw these into, ha ha
+bluehandsvideo - Much faster than pipe but can't can't add circuits later. Very popular in commercial use. I mainly use it for overhead exposed work like lights.

Can anyone tell me if this meet code in Florida. What size are the connectors that fit the knock out in the florescent futures. Thanks
