Watching this back, it seemed a little too much like a Ninja Commercial.. Sorry for that, it wasn't intentional. I just get excited about breakfast. LOL. If you liked this, you might like the Ninja Sizzle unboxing video also: ua-cam.com/video/v9-nugIb8Mg/v-deo.html
Now THAT'S a breakfast. Cooks pretty well. Could be bigger as you said. I have an electric griddle that I used to make corn tortillas on. Could press the masa and cook 8 tortillas at a time.
joe I don't buy this video, I have the sizzle and setting it at 400 it soon would be 500 and you don't cook eggs and pancakes at that temperature espescally with no butter or oil who are you kidding.
It did a pretty nice job just sitting right around 400. Not sure what you mean about the 500 though... if anything, the stuff on the griddle would bring the temperature down due to loss of energy. On a properly preheated surface, you don't really need to add oil, especially on a nonstick surface like that... Don't forget that you do get a little residual fat on there from the bacon and sausage if you're doing what I did, so maybe that's why. In any case, I wouldn't have much of a reason to make it look easier than it was. I don't have skin in the game on that per se...... might have been better for views if the whole thing went sideways and I had a big mess though. LOL. I just set it at 400, since that's what the little chart said to set it at for pancakes by the way... closed the lid a couple of time too to reduce the splatter. Frankly, it came out better than I was expecting it to.
@@jbcoker agreed... The joys of having to record that part 12 times because I couldn't say a simple sentence... Probably should have started the eggs over. Lol 😉

Damn you Chef Joe! I'm intermittent fasting today and your thumbnail made the task much tougher! Great video as usual.
Thanks, bud
I made the best fried eggs for my breakfast this morning. I did use a pat of butter.
@@bcfran3g844 butter is magic!
You did it again. Thank you!
My pleasure!
Looks good. Just bought one
Sweet!

Thanks for watching! Maybe it's time for me to invest in a bigger griddle too!
😋 Mmm Mmm Mmm ... If Ninja double the size, like you said Joe, they will have that family sector market sewed up for sure 💰💰💰 Its a great product
Yeah... it cooks really evenly.... I was expecting a bunch of hot spots.
Joe how many slices of regular bacon could you fit on this griddle?
If I crowd them I could fit maybe 7 on there. Possibly 8 depending on the bacon slices.

@apuz13 gotcha!
