This is amazing. Absolutely phenomenal. My ancestors were quite active reivers, and they captured my imagination as a kid. As with much of Scottish history, stuff gets so steeped in legend, the truth almost disappears, and we definitely can forget these were just people. Regular human people. People who, despite any and all romance of the period, lived in what we forget is one of the darkest, most dangerous, most paranoid, and murderous areas during one of the hardest times to live anywhere. Not only that, but had to do so generation after generation. The gritty realism shown here, in my humble opinion, did the Reivers a justice they never got to cherish themselves. Thank you for making this. If I ever have a son, I look forward to being able to show him this. The past wasn't made from golden memories of marble men. It's made from flesh, blood, hopes, dreams, fears, and family.
This was great, and, so we'll acted, I could've watched another hour and a half it drew me in as if was there and, so realistic, I was on the, edge of my seat, great background too, I wish you could get funds to make a full length Reivers film, it was brilliant, well done

Remove the crowns monopoly on violence and believe you me getting stabbed in the guts will once again be as common as getting stabbed in the back is today! Enough said?

I'm shocked that I haven't found this gem sooner, My family lineage goes back to the time of the border reavers so this was ultra special to me.
I could've watched another two hours of that. Great atmosphere to immerse yourself in and characters with a fascinating dynamic. Very nicely done!
