- Daniels was paid $130k for a NDA
- the NDA appears to been enforced almost solely for the benefit of Trump in his election bid
- the amount is above the cap that requires this contribution to be disclosed and it was not
- Trump appears to have directed the payment
- the business records incorrectly label the payment as a legal expense.
- evidence has been presented that makes it unlikely that Trump would not have directed or at least been aware that the business records were incorrectly labelled.
That seems to be pretty damning evidence.
