I want an update on these couples, especially Ariel and Esty, her mother would drive anyone to drink. I have such high hopes for Merav, she's the whole package and I hope she found a husband who really loves and supports her.
I found Merav on Twitter. She’s still single :( Ariel and Esti are still married, very happily it appears, with a couple kids and they appear to be living a more liberal life outside of Orthodoxy. She had an IG for a while but I can’t find it now.
Esty's mother is....a lot. She needs to back off, and let her daughter manage this relationship. Nobody was saying no to the marriage and Mom was freaking out it wouldn't happen. Just chill already, it will happen!
Yes, that guy certainly had a high opinion of himself. Dating for 4 yrs in that community, (that's got to be some kind of record?) Can you imagine if a woman did that?
I couldn't imagine having 10+ kids in Germany and I am the only breadwinner (AND homemaker... 😶) - couples hereabouts both have jobs, and it's often not enough to even raise 3 or 4 kids without having to pinch pennies. How does this work in Israel?!
Jewish religious communities are tightly knitted. People help each other a lot. Clothing is passed from one child to the next and so on. At a certain point the older kids also help keeping an eye on the younger ones.
I think the parents help in most situations. The first few years of marriage are tough I can’t imagine how hard it would be if I was the sole breadwinner and had only met my husband a handful of times. I have a lot of respect for anyone who is able to keep tradition like this alive because I know it would require tremendous sacrifices.
@@DavidHaTzadik Actually a lot of the orthodox and ultra Orthodox Jews are living on social welfare. That’s how they can afford such huge families while the husbands aren’t working.
The scribe who had many questions ended up, marrying that second girl that he was in love, with what happened was her family had objections to him being Gur so he went into a less strict religious group the one that her family followed, so that he could marry her. There was a short follow up clip on another channel that showed him about a year or two later he was very very, very happy. He was wearing an argyle sweater with a yarmulke, they already had at least one child because he was talking about the diapers in the baby bottles. He was so happy and in love it was beautiful to see and I can’t find that clip. It was on another channel and it was a follow up and his face was glowing.❤🎉
Arie shouldn’t have married Esti. They are both sweet but she keeps talking over him and talks a lot more in general. Arie needs someone who gives him more space.

Yeah, tremendous sacrifices by the women….
@@Celisar1 women definitely get the short end of the stick when it comes to religion (at least the ones I know about).

"we can't stay single forever" .... uh.... yes you can. I recommend it.
Not if you're a holy person
